Check in procedure did not work - phone outside property was supposed to contact English speaking agent but only got recording in German. Fortunately local resident (who did not speak English either) drove by and was able to contact hotel employee who arrived shortly and was able to check us in.

The guest house was right in the center of town, and it was "klein, aber fine". The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. The shower was warm and the bed was comfy.

There wasn't staff on site, and we called using the phone outside of the hotel. They took maybe 10-15 minutes to come, but once they did, he was very nice and helpful.

Great location and very close to the train station and major sites. Despite being in a busy area, it was very quiet. Room was just as expected. Staff were very accommodating as well when we were late checking in due to train delays.

Would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

Location is in the city centre, close to the shops. The room has two large beds and 3 windows. As well as nice bedside lights.

Tea/coffee maker was not available (electric kettle was not in the room either but luckily we found one at reception and was allowed to use it - seemed very quiet at the breakfast area).

Accommodation met expectations and matched profile. It was clean, well presented and cleaned each day. Walls were a bit thin but as were one of only two guests it worked - maybe different in peak periods. Location was great and easy enough to find. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags there

Security may be an issue as I believe the front door is left unlocked all the time.

Centrally located and very clean big room. Friendly staff.

The interior was a bit dated and there was no breakfast but we could join the amazing buffet breakfast of the hotel next door so not really a problem.

Location was perfect and was really clean and tidy. Communication was perfect, despite language barriers. Well handled.

The shower cabin was a bit tiny and the room could use a table and a reading lamp. But these are just minor things.

Excellent location. Couldn't have been better. You have to pre book parking with the hotel, but be mindful that it is in a parking lot that is a 5-10 minute walk away. You are able to drop all bags off at the hotel door though and then go and park up afterwards.

The staff were super lovely and the location was fantastic. Check in was super easy and the room was very clean.

Pillows could use a refresh + no curtains / way to block out the light from the overhead window / little window on the side.

Location is just 5 min walk from bahnhof, and easy to get to anywhere. Netto & Rewe is just 5 min walk. Our room has its own bathroom and large bed. Very clean.

I have to carry my 28' luggage to 2nd floor and again to lobby during check out.
