Staff were polite, professional, friendly, and helpful, both on arrival and on departure. Room was excellent. Clean and tidy with everything I needed. Comfy bed. Lovely shower and bathroom. The kettle, mugs, and teaspoons all looked spotless. Location is easy to find.

The car park was absolutely rammed. I had to park in a "non-space". The anti-slip mat for the shower was perished, as when I pulled it up three of of the suction pads came off the mat and remained stuck to the shower cubicle, but that's just an observation not a complaint as the room was fantastic.

Generally we liked the accessibility for a wheelchair user & wheelchair pusher (just found the manual doors a bit heavy but understand that they have to be fire doors). There was a large selection of choices for breakfast, it was generous and cooked well, the breakfast area was clean and nicely organised. The lobby area was a nice space to relax with family also staying in the hotel. The thing that really stood out for the whole stay was the friendly, polite, accommodating and professional staff.

We arrived on foot from the bus station, family members arrived on foot from the train station, Google Maps directed us all to the hotel via a not so welcoming nearby alley. Once we knew where the hotel was we found a much nicer route. Obviously this was no fault of Park Inn though.

Room was really good and beds so comfy! I don't normally sleep well when away from home and I was out like a light! The front desk people are so lovely and Amanda Childs who I think might be the manager was super helpful in helping us print some documents we urgently needed. Great car parking too! Lovely people!

BREAKFAST - We didn't have a lot of vegan options but you pay the same price as someone who has heaps of options to choose from. We did ask for vegan sausages and they were delivered with a smile but not many other options for us to choose from for the same price as a standard breakfast, maybe you could look at that? But the sausages were great and the juices and our hostess was so lovely!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I have stayed there twice in the last couple of weeks, and intend using this hotel in future when travelling North from London late in the evening.

The only problem I encountered, was shortly before I left. The sink in the bathroom stopped draining of water. The plug in the sink had become stuck. I was going to alert hotel staff when I checked out, but there were no staff available (I had been instructed to just drop the key in the perspex box on reception desk). Not a major issue, but I didn't feel good about not being able to inform hotel staff.

Once inside, reception is next to a bar and lounge area which is modern and welcoming. The corridors have recently been refurbished. The room itself has all the usual facilities and was clean and modern. The large windows looked out onto a dual carriage way, but there was no traffic noise and the blackout curtains meant we got an excellent sleep. The bed was very comfortable. A 5 minute walk brings you to the centre of the town with a wealth of shops bars and eating places.

The hotel is on a dual carriage way next to a telephone exchange so no points for the view or the immediate location.

Keiran the guy at book in made the entire experience to be honest. I hear he's new and you have found someone great.

There was no liquid hand wash in the dispenser in the bathroom and the fire alarm is too sensitive. The bathroom door was open because the shower had finished but I think it was my blow drying my hair that set it off. Finally the sink plug doesn't work in the bathroom. Was running late didn't have time to tell the person at booking that.

Amazing location, huge room (junior suite). Staff were so lovely and moved us to an identical room when our air con had a drip. Excellent to have such a big space with a toddler, where the bedroom is partly partitioned so you can still relax in the evening, when little one goes to bed. Really lovely.

Staff were all excellent. Including the restaurant and breakfast service staff. Nothing not to like.

Much calmer and quieter than the premier inn I stayed at last time I was in the city. Excellent breakfast . Superior room was worth the upgrade cost.

Other than a pizza menu I was unsure if there was any room service available , we arrived in day light , when the sun set the room was dark and it took us a while to work out that there was a slot by the main door for the key card to activate them , this should have been explained at reception who asked me then my partner then me again if we had a vehicle in the car park.

The staff were friendly and accommodated our bed type request. The room was clean and had almost everything needed for a short stay. It would have been nicer to have a small fridge in the room. The hotel's location was perfect for us, and having a car parking facility was a bonus.

While playing pool, the machine accepted a coin but didn't release the balls. My friend spoke with a receptionist who told him to use another coin rather than fix the issue. Reimbursement refused!

I needed somewhere to rest before and after a day at royal ascot. We were being collected from London kings cross but was travelling with a colleague who lives near Peterborough so we travelled from there. As a disabled person the walk to the station was difficult. The eggs on breakfast were stood under heat lamp to long and was not edible but everything else was perfect.
