Wonderful. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants. Easy access to other hot spots inside the classical section of the city. Onsite helpful staff exceptionally good great at instructions. There is an on site restaurant serving traditional Mexican dishes take cards and cash. Hotel has access to taxi transportation save secure location.

Wifi in the rooms is slow. No vending machines and upgrade business center. Have bilingual staff. I don't see any need for hotel front desk staff needing a face diaper.

The room was spacious, comfy beds and good size bathroom. The building was heritage like. I couldn’t hear any noises from guests or outside. Safe didn’t work but I was only staying one night so that didn’t matter. Within walking distance to the plaza and Colibrí Cafe which I loved.

More expensive when I walked in and asked for a room and didn’t do any discounts. Safe was locked already and no instructions how to fix or use it.

Front desk agent charged my card after I had already paid through a third party. After I told her, she did give me my refund but in cash. I feel that she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing when she charged me because she was conversating with other people while she was helping me.

Location is not very close (on foot) to any other destinations, but it is very convenient in car.

Good price, good location, suite has great space.

Not great service from staff. They don't explain anything at all; like the fact that your keycard expires each day and you have to activate it again each day... This meant having to walk all the way back to the reception desk to ask what's going on and not even get a sympathetic smile back. No water from tap on day 2, which means no shower, no flushing toilet, no water at all.

We loved this place. Nothing super fancy but the building was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Walking to all points super accessible and so glad we stayed!

We loved the history of the building. The beds were comfortable and the room was very big.

Prefect location for where I needed to be. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy the security it provides too. Great service.

Take quite a while to get hot water. Could do better with the floor cleanliness. Dated look and furnishings. But overall comfortable for a short stayover.
