The communication with the host was great (Whatsapp/phonecall) and she was extremely welcoming and helpful. It really made the experience much better. Cozy and quiet room, delicious Italian breakfast! There is road parking available for a reasonable price. Right on the other side of the road, there is lovely cafe/bar. Amazing desserts for small money. There is also a grocery store right around the corner! Really great location.

The staff were lovely and sorted any concerns out quickly and efficiently. The room was beautiful and well positioned. The terrace was a wonderful Place to sit in the shade after a busy day seeing the sights. There is a pleasant and friendly Patisserie/cafe opposite the building and the park over the road felt safe to walk through, even at dusk.

Central location, room size, cleanliness, feeling of privacy in a small B&B, pretty communal terrace with Etna views, delicious & plentiful breakfast. Plus hospitality & personal attention of the host, who went the extra mile to ensure that all guests were well looked after!

Single beds weren't as comfortable as expected, but that could be my experience only, as I'm used to sleeping on large beds personally.

Loredana made my self check in very easy as I wasn’t able to make the scheduled check in. Property is located close to the centre and lovely restaurants. Breakfast at the property was amazing all pastries handmade by Loredana. Will be returning to stay on my way back from travelling around Sicily

We asked for gluten-free breakfast for one person, and every morning the staff did make it. Special thanks for that. And generally the breakfast was typical, we had the feeling to be a local person. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, ten minutes walk from the main shopping street and next to the beautiful Bellini Park.

We realised there was an elevator in the house, but it came up we are not allowed to use it everyday. But it was not a big problem, we could use it when we arrived and when we left.

The room was clean, nicely air conditioned and comfortable. The location was really good, and our stay was exceptionally comfortable. I can highly recommend this place, especially because of the lovely host who made our whole stay beautiful :)

Nice spacious rooms just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants. The breakfast and coffee were good and the staff was helpful with information.

Great location. Next to a beautiful park. Everything you need within walking distance; restaurants, grocery store, shopping and all the main sites. There’s a beautiful park you can walk through, which leads you to everything.

Lots of stairs up to the rooms. There is a small elevator, but you need to ask to use it. It’s not visible from the entrance. It’s a little noisy from the street noise, but if you keep your windows closed it’s not a problem. The breakfast is not that great.

I've stayed here before and liked it so much so opted to come here again. Well-run, the breakfast terrace is great to relax. Everything is amazing price / quality. Definitely recommend this place again for solo or group travellers.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. It is in great location, staff is very nice and helpful, we had a great time for our honeymoon. Breakfast is nice, they even have almond milk for coffee. It is very nice, even better in person!

When ventilation is toilet turns on, it has a bit of a noise. Big bed has 2 matreses that can separate a bit when you sleep.
