Room was nice & clean,comfortable. Fridge & microwave were very nice. I loved the air conditioning too. I did not have the breakfast due to other commitments at that time,but it smelled really good. Did not have time to use the pool, but wanted too,maybe next time.The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Had noisy people running & stomping in upstairs room and my room was next to stairwell,so expected some noise.

cleanliness, great beds, excellent breakfasts and the woman who takes such care with the food, cleanliness and good welcome, dower with a robber mat and a sturdy handle for steadiness, friendly and helpful staff, very good absorbent towels.

Cleanliness of room, space of room

The manager Jessica spoke to me in a demeaning, rude manner regarding my stay there. I would never want stay at the Humboldt location on Broadway at Comfort Inn. She/Jessica did not try to accommodate me in any way. I had other guests that was staying there and they felt uncomfortable for me so we all checked out went elsewhere to feel comfortable.

French Vanilla and Hazelnut Coffeemates in the breakfast room were great! The breakfast foods were also great each day. I liked that we did not have to have room service every day.

The handle to the door of our room opening upward was very confusing and unexpected. Who opens a door by pushing UP on the handle?

Best accessible room we have e stayed in to date. Liked the bench seat, closet large out, bath. Bath typical accessible, don’t like having to step over side.did like seat at end. Needs a stool that could help folks manage higher bed. At different hotel tonight. Main room a disaster and poor lightening but bath had 2 unique features. a small shelf unit u could sit at in wheelchair if needed.,this one has an adjustable bath chair with back that can be used with it.It can be used at shelf unit or in tub!! Perfect accessory. Add this to your accessible room and i’d give u a 15!!!

Entrance drive very sharp and sudden from 101. Better signage for entrance.,

Good size rooms. We had a king with a couch w/ fold out bed. Nice room well maintained. The bed was too firm for my liking and TV options were lacking but everything else was fine.

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Plenty of surfaces for our suitcases & other bags. Very good hot breakfast. Included eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes plus the usual assortment of yogurts, fruit, muffins, toast, coffee. Breakfast area kept stocked and clean. Location nothing to rave about but similar to most motels in town.

Bathroom faucet was difficult to adjust water speed. Poor design. Carpet on stairs worn out but too be expected in a wet environment.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.

I wouldn't feel comfortable walking on the main street which this hotel is on. The hotel itself did feel very secure though.

We’ve stayed here before and liked our stay. We got a nice quiet room upper floor in the back. The breakfast was very good and enjoyed the fried cut up sausage which I never have seen during all our stays this trip at any other hotel breakfasts.

Only one thing - getting out onto the main road to go to town is hard to turn left. Not much can be done about that, just be careful.

Above average offerings, and consistently clean accommodations. It's like expensive vanilla.

Find a way to make 2 or 3 or 4 rooms pet-friendly and come up with a boilerplate zero liability form, along with a 15$+ fee for incident insurance, and you'll get more of those tippy top ratings that you enjoy so damn much. Most people don't budget for their pets. Therefore, they're more apt to spend towards their animals than they are towards themselves. Plus when people are in a space that's gone to lengths to accommodate their entire family, they throw more top shelf reviews. Even the added cost of insurance could be seen as an extra step you've gone through just for their dog/cat/marmoset/ferret/honey glider/time traveling jackalope/quokka/koala or cone snail, or whatever animal they've chosen to be a mini reflection of themselves for the world to see.
