The room was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the room was very nice. The staff were very nice too. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Keep up the good work!

Our room was on the sixth floor and we always had an elevator. The elevators worked fine (3 side by side) but they were noticeably shaking or wobbling when operating which was a bit worrying. I have used a lot of lifts of different brands, but I very rarely have experienced this type of effect. I have also seen in the lifts written as being installed in 2003, maybe they could use a more thorough refurbishment or replacement.

Our stay at Austria Trend Hotel Ljubljana was truly excellent. The facilities were great, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety to choose from. A special mention goes to Nina at the reception, from the very first moment she welcomed us with such kindness and energy, making us feel at home. She was extremely helpful, suggesting many things we could see and do during our stay, also very attentive at checked out. Her support really made a difference in our trip. Overall, highly recommended hotel with outstanding service!

In a couple of small corners there was a bit of dust, but nothing major. Actually, we appreciated the option not to have the room cleaned daily, as it reflects an ecological and thoughtful approach by the hotel.

The Hotel is really good to stop by and go directly into the airport. 20min by car more or less. Breakfast opened really early (6.30) so it was perfect for us to take something quickly and leave. Really big buffet with a lot of good stuff. Price is quite high but the room was really nice for 4.

The only thing that is not good is the surroundings. Really big road, lot of noise around (even if the windows are great to bloke the sound). Not a lot of restaurant around and the dinner there is quite expensive for, it seems, not a real good quality. We found a Korean restaurant 15min from there, one of the best experience in Korean so far. Be careful the parking is not included in the room. Cost 20€ for a night.

Cleaning the room too early (8:15 am). If you are still inside they skip and you find the room dirty when you return. I called at 6 pm and they came immediately to clean it

Great buffet breakfast selection. My friend and I like that the room is quite spacious and facilities were new. The shower was a welcome surprise - I find its even better than normal rainshower. Location wise, its literally in front of "Smelt" bus stop. It's around 12min by public transport or 40 mins walk from central bus station.

While its near bus stop, its also not in the main center. During rush hours, it can get busy. There's a separate bath and toilet. Minor confusion was the bidet (similar to Italy's version) was in the bath area.

The hotel is located in the northern part of the city, a few bus stops from the old city. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind, the check-in and check-out procedure went very quickly. The room was huge, very bright, clean and equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom is very large, with the toilet in a separate space from the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, with many local products. In conclusion, this hotel is a perfect choice for a stay in Ljubljana.

The hotel did not take into account my request for a room with a double bed, as I selected during the reservation. However, we managed to join the two separate beds and everything was ok.

Cleanliness!! that was easy to notice that they take care about it very well, room, lobby, restaurant. Extremly clean! Good job ! 😉

So far I have been in many different hotels in Europe but I have never paid extra (as a hotel guest) for access to the gym, swiming pool or sauna. 4 start hotel and the price for the stay wasn't low (100euro per night per person) so that kind of facilities should be included in the price. Breakfast nothing special, scramble eggs, some sausages, some meat, two types of bread, good coffe. Food was ok, it was fresh and tasty, but for this "hotel status" my expectations were higher. As I said If i was in a 2 stars hotel i would say that this breakfast was great but here no!

Very expressive breakfast! 24€/person even for 7 year old! So for four family member it is almost 100 euros!!!! Too much

Lovely rooms, spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Food in the restaurant was nice, despite being expensive. Staff largely pleasant.

Overpriced parking. One awful member of staff (some guy on reception) had the nerve to 'wag' his finger at me like a naughty school child because I parked in the bay next to the one he wanted me to park in. Incredibly rude and ruined the experience of the overall stay somewhat. Breakfast was average, not a great selection.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable. All the facilities are in excellent condition, and the staff are professional and courteous. The breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, great diversity and everything feels fresh.

I find it a bit disingenuous and misleading that the pool is featured in the top photos of the hotel in booking.com, when it's not really a part of the hotel. It's a part of the spa which costs a hefty amount to access. I think the least they can do is put some sort of a disclaimer in the photos themselves. The parking is cheaper than advertised(20 euro instead of 30), but it's outdoor parking without a roof or a terrace above, which can be quite cumbersome on rainy days.
