Very friendly staff and All very clean!

Cleaning the room too early (8:15 am). If you are still inside they skip and you find the room dirty when you return. I called at 6 pm and they came immediately to clean it

So far I have been in many different hotels in Europe but I have never paid extra (as a hotel guest) for access to the gym, swiming pool or sauna. 4 start hotel and the price for the stay wasn't low (100euro per night per person) so that kind of facilities should be included in the price. Breakfast nothing special, scramble eggs, some sausages, some meat, two types of bread, good coffe. Food was ok, it was fresh and tasty, but for this "hotel status" my expectations were higher. As I said If i was in a 2 stars hotel i would say that this breakfast was great but here no!

The hotel is located in the northern part of the city, a few bus stops from the old city. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind, the check-in and check-out procedure went very quickly. The room was huge, very bright, clean and equipped with everything necessary. The bathroom is very large, with the toilet in a separate space from the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, with many local products. In conclusion, this hotel is a perfect choice for a stay in Ljubljana.

The hotel did not take into account my request for a room with a double bed, as I selected during the reservation. However, we managed to join the two separate beds and everything was ok.

Very expressive breakfast! 24€/person even for 7 year old! So for four family member it is almost 100 euros!!!! Too much

The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable. All the facilities are in excellent condition, and the staff are professional and courteous. The breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, great diversity and everything feels fresh.

I find it a bit disingenuous and misleading that the pool is featured in the top photos of the hotel in booking.com, when it's not really a part of the hotel. It's a part of the spa which costs a hefty amount to access. I think the least they can do is put some sort of a disclaimer in the photos themselves. The parking is cheaper than advertised(20 euro instead of 30), but it's outdoor parking without a roof or a terrace above, which can be quite cumbersome on rainy days.

Stayed here for 5 nights on vacation trip to Ljubljana. I have chosen the chain because of past good experience. First of all, the rooms are spacious, clean and well groomed. The room is well furnished and have everything you need. Plus, the room has nice Mountain View. So chose family room. The buffet morning breakfast was good with plenty of options but there was no hot kitchen.

The location of the hotel was the only problem point I found, though there is a bus stop just at the exit of the hotel to city and intercity bus station.

I booked a room for 124 EUR and I was asked to pay 180 Euro (50 euro deposit which is not shown on the reservation policies). I had no cash on me and they refuse to check in without paying the 50 euro deposit. Absolutely no sense and even more at check out they just gave the money back no questions asked. Pointless rule maybe only for Romanian hosts? I also pay extra for parking 20 euro for outdoor parking but I think you can easily park your car outside in the public spaces in the back of the hotel.

The room is really big, the hotel is impeccable, clean, modern, we had a good breakfast, the facilities are excellent.

The parking is very difficult to reach, as there are no signs to indicate the levels of the parking. We have arrived late and we didn’t find any spot in front of the hotel, so, the receptionist said that we can park in the underground parking at -3 level and then take the escalator to the hotel. When you park the car, there is no sign to show the hotel entrance, so we had to walk a long distance outside the hotel to come to the reception. Also, the stuff doesn’t seem to be very friendly, although there is nothing to complain about, just they don’t transmit the vibe that they are helping with pleasure, but it is just a well done job!

The room was very spacious. The shower was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly. It was also extremely clean and inviting. The spa was also lovely and very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend treating yourself.

The beds are quite firm but it's my experience that most European beds are. So take that for what it's worth! The parking situation is a bit weird as you reserve a spot and there are very limited spots. The back parking is difficult to maneuver vehicles in and out of when full.

On the first place I would say the price of the accommodation was fair. I have stayed in 4-star Hotel for 81e and compared with my previous stay in Ljubljana where price was similar or the same this one meet my expectations. King size bed, with the view on the main street, and huge bathroom with a bathtub was very nice. I can't say nothing for the breakfast, but I have heard that the price is 28e, and for that price I would rather eat outside than in a hotel.
