The water parks are always a hit with the kids, and the rooms are large and private enough for spreading out. We had four kids and two adults, and as the adults, we were able to hide out in our room from time to time for some rest between family activities. We had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect. Also, the reasonably stocked kitchen makes it nice not to have to eat out all the time.

The waterpark in our building was closed for repairs. We were only notified about a week before check-in. The temps were in the 20s (unusually cold), and we had to walk over to the other building outside to get to the other park. There were no changing rooms and a very crowded pool area, but the kids didn't seem to mind. Also, be sure to bring coffee and filters because they do not have k-cup machines, nor do they provide coffee. You have to pay over $3 a cup for what I can only peg as foldgers or lesser quality coffee.

I like the family attraction and being able to enjoy the inside as well as the oceanfront at the same time.

There could be a little more inside game attractions for family that won't a break from water activity for Example there were 2 pool tables and there were certain people taking up the pool tables and not giving all the families a chance to play the pool Tables and being rude.. So I would say having some kind of signed up letting individuals know that maybe after 2 games giving someone else an opportunity to play.

Didn’t do food but I bought mixed drinks. Lava lamp was excellent and the fact you can drink it while sitting and watching your children at the water park made for a better night.

It was really crowded but understandable as to there was a community emergency. Wasn’t exactly expecting a crowded weekend birthday trip but it was fine. Stayed an extra night since most ppl left and that was our best night there.

Literally everything was amazing besides the bug and smell of weed problem.It’s beautiful, comfortable, friendly staff, locations awesome, lots to do and offer alot. Just has tons of roaches and you smell weed everywhere.

Water park, pools, and beach set up are perfect for families with young children. The kids were thoroughly worn-out by dinner time each day. We will be back for future family trips. Highly recommend for families with toddlers, etc.

Eating options in walking distance are limited to the 2 restaurants within the hotel. Decent for lunch or a casual dinner but expensive for the type of food offered. Watch out for the concierge, they don't work for the resort and will offer you discounts on activities in exchange for attending time share meetings.

Overall experience was great. I traveled with Adult son and daughter along with my 9 yr old granddaughter and we had a great time. Ocean was a little cold so the pools were great.

Loved everything! The amenities and water park were amazing. Loved having the extra games and activities for the kids. The Starbucks and restaurant there made it even more enjoyable. Location was excellent too!

The beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we left a night early because we couldn't bare to sleep in the bed another night😞

The view of the ocean was amazing. The waterpark and pools were great. The water temperature was warm and the hot tubs were hot. The two condos that we booked were fine but one had a blender and the other had a toaster. Seems like they don’t all have the same small appliances.

Cleaning of the place could be better. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. The pool areas were showing signs of calcium buildup and there were tons of kids running around. They could use some lifeguards. One condo had great water pressure but the toilet had a hard time flushing. The other condo had crappy water pressure but the toilet flushed no problem.

Concierge, front desk staff, bar staff, and housekeeping staff were all very helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable, balcony view out to the ocean was amazing, loved having the secondary sink outside the bathroom and the kitchen to make meals out of. Loved having the on-site waterpark and playground to entertain the kids.

We noticed at the conclusion of our stay that there was what appeared to be a feces smudge at on the waterproof cover on the foot of the pull out sofa. Housekeeping should be pulling out the sofa bed if they are not already to ensure that cover is clean. Also, next time we will be sure to bring a roll of paper towels, coffee filters, and salt and pepper, as these were not available in the room.

We got to wake up to the ocean every single day! The rooms were quiet, I could not hear other guests at all, We stayed on the second floor, so that was very close to the pools, and outdoor facilities. Once we shut our patio door we could not hear outside noise, that was so important! We loved all of the pools, hot tubs, water slides, two indoor water parks, lazy rivers, very friendly staff, especially the maintenance and cleaning crews! Everyone was very accommodating and kind people were so helpful! There was not one brood person on staff, everybody was very, very kind. We loved that there was full plates cups all utensils necessary for a stay and also the kitchen was very beneficial for us. They do have a restaurant on site, and they have Starbucks as well. The tiki bar was gray and we were able to get drinks for our son. They also had an ice cream truck come everyday, there was also a slushy bar so that was really fun! We didn't want to leave! We had such a wonderful time, and will be back next year

I just didn't realize how much sand we tracked in day in and day out! Lol we were thankful to have a broom for daily sweeping, it was much needed! The water is very hard, but there's not much you can do about that. The pillows were not ideal, but the pull out couch was surprisingly more comfortable than I had expected! I think when we come back next year we'll probably being some of our own linens/pillows for comfort reasons. One of the televisions was very easy to connect for streaming services, the other television we were not able to figure out how to get that one configured. But those are the only real complaints everything was very clean, and the staff was very accommodating when we needed more towels.
