I always enjoy my stay at Motel 6. The location is convenient, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism and kindness. When AC went out at home and needing a place to stay while waiting for the part to come in, was a great deal and place to stay. Only issue was the flooring in the room. The laminate looked warped and when walking on it, it would make popping/sounded like it was cracking. Even when my little dog walked on the room it made the same noise. Friendly front staff and it was quiet and clean. Many food establishments nearby for meals. Nice they had a receptacle with bags for picking up after my dog. Quiet and very well lit.

Was surprised there wasn’t an iron or ironing board, hair dryer, or a Do Not Disturb sign in the room. Ran by my house and ironed clothes for work so that helped.

It was located in a very busy street. Allot of places to go eat. Fill up with fuel was easy. Receptionist was very friendly. Gave us some tips on local eats that did not disappoint. The pool was working.

Rooms weren't close at all. Different floors in different wings of hotel. In the room i stayed in, there were roaches. Several dead ones on the bathroom floor. Trash from previous guests was in the trash bin. It stank of cigarette even though there were non-smoking signs in the room. The room my son stayed in, the restroom lights weren't working. It wreaked of marihuana.

Conveniently located. Lowest price range around the area including B and B . Minimum requirements fulfilled. Daily cleaning done properly. Cleaning staff was nice too. Nice old lady working in the morning hours. Not bad considering the price. Reading other reviews I was afraid it may be much more noisy but not that much. After all I was able to stay there for 16 nights.

Not perfect. Wifi is a bit weak, Toilet flushing weak, tiny roaches found several times but overall you get what you pay for. It would be better if there was a Please don't disturb sign so that you won't be waken up on 9:00-11:00 when you're tired and dint need any cleaning.

It was as expected from a motel 6 property. But it was clean, cold AC, good shower water pressure, comfortable bed, and great location. They even had a “welcome bag” 2 bottles of water and 1 bag of chips. Unexpected but nice touch.

Not many amenities, not even coffee in the lobby in the morning or shower/conditioner in the bathrooms. But was very satisfied with what we had, the price, and location.

The price! I’ve been here over a month and have been paying between $322-$327 per 7 days. This last 7 days the price went to $398.88. I book and pay through booking.com. The rates shown are not what is actually charged. I talked with motel 6 management. They said because there were not many guests they had to charge more. I was under the impression the total should match was what was advertised. I’m not worried about them. I pay for Monday at 3pm until Monday at 11 am. And I pay in advance.

I am not gonna lie. This stay was one of the best values I have come across. For the price, the place was perfect. I had paid a little more 2 nights before, and that place was not near as clean inside and out. The room isn't fancy, but clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and clear blue. The staff joked around with me. I did not notice breakfast. I, of course, would not expect breakfast at the low price I paid. This place by far the best hotel in that price bracket and will stay there again. For sure...

Very clean, safe, and well lit. Not much amenities (only hand soap provided) but best value in College Station. Perfect for two of us since we didn’t spend much time in the room. Exceeded our expectations for the price.

Thought all rooms have fridge and microwave since it showed it in the picture but only the Deluxe room ($5 more) has it. Can hear some outside noise from other guests but the area itself is pretty quiet despite being next to a busy road.

Did Not have the Breakfast during my stay here as it was served after I had to Leave for Work. The Flooring seemed to be Loose an there appeared to be Water damage around the base of All of the Walls and Restroom Door.

For the price, the establishment is clean and comfortable. Location is great. All I care about is cleanliness, hot water and comfortable bed with working internet and TV system. My expectations were met.

I have stayed here many times and they are remodeling rooms. Some rooms are better than others, but overall, this place is a great value. No frills. I feel like this location is working to be better and you can tell meeting the staff. :)
