The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great.

I have no complaints about the hotel... My only complaint was that the people in the neighboring room allowed their little crotch goblin to sing and make a lot of noise at 6am. Kinda hard to sleep with that going on. Actually, I have one complaint. There was a street light right outside our windows, and the only curtains to block it from shining in and keeping us up were sheer. The dark curtains were merely for decoration and did not close.

The staff was great. We loved that they had coffee/tea and soups out for us everyday. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good. Somehow the parking lot was plowed better than the highway was. It’s located about 45 minutes from Mount snow and about an hour from crotched mountain so that was ideal for what we wanted.

The hotel is very noisy so we heard people talking in the hall, the elevator, the staff putting salt down and talking on the phone all throughout the night.

Wonderful front desk woman, so kind and helpful. Room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. I liked that I could open the window. Breakfast was so much better than most hotel breakfast options.

missing a shower curtain but that was quickly fixed by the wonderful lady at the front desk. Could hear the neighbors a bit but it wasn't excessive and they were teenagers. I don't recommend eating at the restaurant next door to the hotel. It wasn't the best. Would have loved to have paid a little less but it was comparable to similarly rated hotels in the area.

The location was right off the highway and convenient to downtown area and places we wanted to explore. The breakfast was good, the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were a bonus! They also had a nice corn chowder in afternoon which added a special touch! The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy too!

The only downside was the pool closure which would have been nice to have that notification.

I did not like that at breakfast there was not an open table or chair for us to sit. we had to stand to eat. I feel the tour bus patrons should have been seated in another location/room, or at least opened another room for us to be seated after we got our plate/coffee. It was Very awkward for us to stand and then we were in the way of others trying to make a plate for themselves. However the woman in charge was very apologetic and felt badly.

Upon check-in we were informed about there being complimentary chicken noodle soup, this was AMAZING. Location was easy to access from main highway and close to a lot of attractions. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. From the check-in/check-out process to the staff that prepared breakfast, everyone was so nice and willing to help!

For the price I paid for the room, I got everything I could have expected. Nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was wonderful. We were very tired and she was so welcoming and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and exactly what we wanted after an 8 hour drive. Plus there’s a nice restaurant and bar right in front of the hotel

Nothing, it is definitely not new or luxurious but for the price, it had all the requirements: a comfortable room, lovely clean fluffy towels, nice tv and comfortable bed

The hotel itself was nice. Good breakfast and they always had snacks and drinks out. The employee were super nice. The room was clean and the bedding super comfy

The walls were thin and the neighbors we had were really heavy footed and loud.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary chicken noodle soup when we arrived was delicious--real soup. Breakfast was good, but with fewer options than some hotel complimentary breakfasts. Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great.

Breakfast and lobby area combined was a small and felt crowded. There was no covered arrival platform where one could drive-up and unload. Room was smaller than I expected from a Comfort SUITES. I recently stayed in another Comfort Suites where the room felt more expansive. In our Brattleboro room it was actually difficult for two persons to pass each between the foot and the beds and the furniture.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Convient having a restaurant across the parking lot. Lovely little pool for exercise and relaxing. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical motel fare with hot and cold food and fruit which is more than many motel breakfasts. A good mid-price motel. Our room had a pull out coach and a king bed so we had plenty of space. The bathroom was fine and clean.
