The location: It was literally a minute away from the beach, and it was a central location to the shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. The manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The lighting was bit dark in the bathroom as well as in the main room. The bathroom tub was shaped oddly. The pool, unfortunately, was not available at the time we stayed.

The location and value of the Hotel . The staff were all super friendly . The room was comfortable even with 4 people.

The area that the vending and ice machine was moldy on the floor and walls which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the inside of the ice machine. The pool was a little small for the amount of rooms in the hotel and it was a bummer that they were doing construction at the front of the pool facing the ocean . It would be cool to be able to see the ocean from the deck next to the pool , you can only see if your standing . Maybe having a tempered glass rail there instead of a concrete wall ?

I didn't have to drive anywhere. We could walk to restaurants & shops. Everything was close, especially the beach. Parking was right there. The only reason I didn't rate it the highest was because it was tight parking w a truck but still had a space gor everyone. Staff was wonderful. They were so helpful finding me an extra night. They were the nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Very clean rooms also.

The pool was down but with the beach right there I don't think anyone missed it.

This hotel is very close to everything. We parked in the garage and did not get back into the car until checkout. The room was simple but clean and modern. The general manager was excellent and helped me to resolve an issue with my reservation. Everyone was friendly.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast included, but they do have coffee, tea, etc in the mornings. There was also construction right in front, but it was on an adjacent property and not within their control.

I have a bad back, so I'm very sensitive to my sleeping arrangements. The mattres and pillows were very soft and comfortable. I had no problems sleeping on these beds. The deck has a view of the bandstand if you stand near the side. We were able to hear the band very clearly and the kids could play in the pool if they're old enough. The pool is open 10a-10p. The hotel is just a few steps to the boardwalk. There are several restaurants right at the end of the block, a grocery store at the end of the block then down to the left one block (maybe 6 min walk), and a cafe across the street at the Sands hotel. The hotel offers free coffee and opened the lobby doors about 6:45am. Close to everything!

The floors in the room were very sandy. I had housekeeping clean them on our first full day but it didnt help. Some sand is something I sort of expect staying by the ocean, but this was a lot of sand. They use an old fashioned broom and dustpan. May be helpful to use a regular vaccuum for the sand, I'm not sure. We had to wear shows in the room and clean our feet any time we got into bed.

beach access excellent...very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. wonderful beds with lots of pillows and powerful AC. plenty of hot water and they provided many bathroom essentials. free parking on site and found a spot right away.

no steps into the pool, only ladder access which is hard if you are older or have physical challenges. really need some steps into the pool!!! pool area felt a little dirty. bathroom was pretty small. they should downsize the vanity area and expand the bathroom but i guess that would be expensive to do.

Property was beautiful, clean, and very convenient location to the beach and boardwalk! Even better that we had a beautiful view of the ocean on the 4th floor and the pool a small walk around the corner. The staff are all super friendly and we love how clean the property is! The pool was great as well and we loved everything about our trip! Price is also very affordable. My husband and I are very satisfied with our experience here and will happily stay again! :)

Location was key and I was surprised how quiet it was outside as I had expected it to be in a busy area, mere steps to the boardwalk and beach. Parking seemed intimidating but was super easy and spaces were not as tight as other places. The staff was pleasant and active.

Room was not as clean as other places (used coffee packet in maker, microwave with food residue, floor was greasy underfoot). The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Great location. Great rooms. Rooms all have oblique views but you can hear the ocean

Housekeeping missed the room for 2 days and I had to speak to the manager to address this. Next day I had to chase down Housekeeping to hang a shower curtain as they left me without one

The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcomed us very well. They assisted us with everything we needed during our 3 days stay. The room was comfortable for everything we needed, the location of the hotel was also great as we could just wake up and walk straight to the beach. Loved this place and will be back
