The room was very spacious, unlike a lot of hotel rooms. It even had an armchair, a coffee table, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Everything was clean and nice looking. The amount you pay is adequate for what you get (the room itself - perfect, the location - not so much).

The location is as expected - very far form the center/downtown, so no walking to explore, you need transportation to get to the heart of the city. Another weird thing was waiting for the elevator. We never paid attention to such thing, but in this hotel the wait was unexpectedly long, maybe it was due to a busy weekend.

At check-in my phone had died and I was unable to produce my reservation information for our rooms. We also needed to extend our reservation by several days and change the number of occupants. Michat at the check-in counter assisted us with patience and efficiency. Our rooms were nice and well appropriated. In the lobby area on the ground floor was a little art exhibition which added to the pleasant tree of our stay.

We did not get breakfast because the $19 charge was a bit steep for our budget. In defense, however, that seems to be commensurate with other properties in the area.

A modern, spacious, clean hotel with all the amenities you would need, and we got am excellent price during a busy weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was above average by Polish standards. The staff were very efficient.

If you're there to do sightseeing in Warsaw, it's about 20 mins by tram from the Central Station, which means that the Old Town is up to 40 mins by public transport. Perfectly doable, but you need to be aware of this (we were). (BTW the tram from the station is direct.) Also, the beds were a bit on the hard side for my liking, but that's probably a question of preference.

Arche Hotel Krakowska is a good place to stay, offering clean and comfortable rooms with modern decor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the quality provided.

Arche Hotel Krakowska was comfortable overall, but the gym lacked some equipment. At checkout, lifts were crowded, forcing us to use the stairs. Still, a pleasant stay with good service.

The hotel staff were very polite and always ready to assist. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety, adding a positive start to the day. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, providing a restful environment. Despite the small flaws, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Arche Hotel Krakowska has many positive aspects, though there are a few areas that need attention. While the room had minor issues like mold in the shower and rust under the bathroom sink, and the walls could use some refreshing, overall, the stay was pleasant.

Breakfast was very good and this a hotel is good for those in transit and want to be close to the airport . This is my 5th time I stay here

I wanted a late check.. They told me they could give me on hour and I asked if possible to 18. She said for 450 zloty which is around 80 euro .. for 5/6 hours .. then after complaint and saying I would put this in my review she brought it down to 300 zloty .. still crazy .. so this will be the last time we stay here .. we saw you could stay for cheaper and better with breakfast in the same area or even closer to the airport

Convenient location - close to the airport; quick checkin, soundproof rooms and comfy beds, cleanliness, rich breakfast (fresh omelets, salads, all kinds of cheese sorts, veggies & fruits, sweet treats and pastries, fresh bread).

Poor quality and presentation of some of the hot breakfast dishes - scrambled eggs didn't look very appealing, baked potatoes were poorly seasoned and pretty tasteless.

Carpet stains in the hallways and in the room make the place seem not as nice. The location isn't bad because the bus stops right in front and when construction is finished the street car will also come right to the front. For only having two days and wanting to see old Warsaw, I would probably have chosen something closer to the city.

Room was spacious enough, clean, somewhat cheap furniture, etc. but generally room is recently renovated. Air conditioning has been working very well! Stuff was very friendly, all questions quickly answered and resolved

Quite a noisy and polluted location right on one of the main streets so you cannot really open windows, especially in summer but no the other side convenient for business

The breakfast was a bit limited, but nice. The room was tiny, but that's really all I needed. Could have used an ironing board though. The location was okay - was in between the airport and the venue for the event I was attending, so it was quite easy to travel. The staff was friendly and professional.

The shower leaked water onto the floor. The TV would automatically turn on when I put the keycard into the slot upon arriving to the room - not really a big deal, but a bit annoying, and really does not work with the overall "eco" statement of the hotel.
