Rustic chalet style decor. Staff was very friendly ( limited english). Hotel bit further away from the "centre" - nice and quiet.

We were left without water in our cabin - we were relocated to another cabin though, so appropriately resolved. Breakfast options were OK, but quite limited (toast, croissant, small box of cold scrambled egg, essentially). We also boiled our own hot water for tea in our own room, as the hot water tank at the buffet smelled of coffee every day.

This charming family-run hotel enjoys a fantastic location within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast each morning. While the hotel has a classic feel with creaky wooden floors and showers that could benefit from an update, these quirks only added to its unique charm. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it an ideal base for our Patagonia adventure

The property is beautiful. We had two apartments booked for our group which provided us with enough space to relax. The property also has an inner garden where we spent some time in the afternoons and evenings. The breakfast had good options.

The only small inconvenience were the showers which have a bit difficult settings and delay in waterflow.

Some details were missing in the tiny house, such as a night table lamp or a small piece of furniture to make the plugs more accessible. We had to choose between the view of the garden or privacy.

Very warm. Big room. Check in was at 10 am, very comfortable after an early flight from Buenos Aires. Breakfast had omelette and vegetables, as well fruit. Warm showers, calm street, clean bed sheets. Only 10 min walk to the Main Street in the city center

We liked everything

We arrived before check-in time. We had to wait before our room was ready, but the lady offered us to get some breakfast from the buffet already while we waited. For the rest the place is super warm, cosy and nice. It gives you a holiday feeling. It is a but out of the city centre, but you can a lot of quietness in return.

Light and bright common space with lots of windows. easy walk to the center of town and the bus station. Quiet area. Nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
