The location was easy to find, the room was very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of food and shopping options close by to drive to. I was a nice quiet room, we had a very relaxing stay. We left very early (part of our travel plans) so don't know about breakfast options.

Better signs to navigate through the hotel would be good. We were at a room at the back, we were guided through the indoor pool area at check in to our room but the door was locked in the morning and we had to walk around the hotel outside to find the front door.

The breakfast was below our expectations. We have stayed at Super 8 in Sault St Marie, and at a Howard Johnson in Thunder Bay, where the breakfasts were GREAT. It is a reno in progress. Still recommend, because of the clean and spacious areas and the bathrooms and shower were great. Yes they offered breakfast, but not the same as others in your chain.

The signage outside was missing!!! Very little notice of where you are!! You probably know this already. And again, the breakfast offer was very little and surprising cheap. It WILL be ready I am sure for next year, as your renos catch up with the rest of the chain. Good Luck.

I have been to nicer ones but it served its purpose and the price was good. Lots in walking distance for food and other shopping with a strip mall close by. It is also pet friendly which is another reason we went there and they don't charge any fees for it. Just the usual deposit.

Beds are not too comfortable and there are no basics like a microwave , coffee pot,kettle and no tv. They did have a fridge.

Would have preferred a room at the back. We are travelling with our 2 dogs, we were in 109 next to the entry door to 2nd floor and with the doors opening and closing multiple ti.es, ice machine being accessed then the street noise the dogs were agitated and was a constant effort to keep them from barking. We stayed 2 years ago in 108 and it was perfect

I didn't stay for breakfast, left too early for that. The room was nice, bed comfortable and staff was friendly. The location was perfect for me as it wasn't out of the way for me to get lost.

I wasn't there long enough to determine if I disliked anything. I am sure there would be nothing to say though.

The room is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate with a pet. There was no breakfast, but coffee was good. I recommend this motel to all travelers for short stays.

In the morning I waited a long time for the receptionist. She was sleeping, came out of the room in her pajamas and did not even say hello, just silently gave me my deposit.

love that it was laminate floors - good side bathroom, and overall room. the staff was very friendly and the space was overall super clean. I would stay again. The outdoor access from the room was great for pets.

The shower curtain needs to be longer, and the pillows could be a bit comfier. but that's nit picking!

No carpet (sanitary!) And very clean and updated, also staff were ultra polite and helpful

Could have an extra warm blanket on hand for the winter months . Also the stove is inductive so I couldn't use my pot. Maybe have one pot and one skillet available that works with that kind of stovetop

Back door had water dripping from above onto us when walking in or out. No coffee maker or utensils in the room which did have a full kitchenette. Very small towels and not enough. Could have had an extra blanket and pillow in the room too

The front desk staff were very friendly.and helpful. They went out of their way to ease my check in when there was a glitch. I was exhausted from travelling and nearly in tears and they were calm, kind and fixed the issue for me right away. The room was large and spacious and clean. I had a fantastic sleep....nice and quiet, comfy bed.

The public areas of the hotel, such as the hallway, were old and maybe a bit dingy. Inside the room was much nicer.
