Great location in a quiet part of the island. Front row bungalows have direct view and access to the beach which is a game changer. Good breakfast with choices of Western and Thai dishes. Hotel organises transfers from Hay Tai Airport for a cheaper price than local offers at the pier. It's well organised.

Unfortunately, the resort describes its bungalows as 1 bedroom bungalows with separate 1 living room and separate bathrooms. It's misleading information. In reality, it's one room with a separate bathroom. That's it. I made a complaint about it for misleading information as it's not the product u are paying for. I got a refund of 10% directly from booking.com as the hotel offered only 1 hr of free kayak hire and a 10% discount in the bar- a refund equivalent to $10. It's a lovely place to stay, location is amazing. The resort needs good maintenance as the bathrooms looks like haven't been refreshed since the opening.

Breakfast options limited more sunbeds in the shade would be great. Also the guy who walks around all day shouting at staff could learn to walk closer to those he is barking orders at ! one day he was in the inside bar shouting to staff across in the outside bar so much so his voice croaked and had a terrible coughing fit .. He does nothing to enhance the relaxing customer experience…

Perfect area to stay. Popular bar for tourist from all of koh lipe. Nice area for snorkling. Cabin at the beach is like wow. Allover, we did like this place a lot.

Breakfast was not a toppscore, but ok. Very noisy aircon. I did ask people who stayed at other cabins as well, and same there. Sad infact because it fades out a lill of the good feeling, the place really is. Some more sunbeds have been positive.

The room and bathroom is huge. Our first-row bungalows was located next to the beach bar which was very handy :) The beach is beautiful and the side behind the bungalow is not windy. The staff is helpful and drove us to the pier when we checked out.

The facilities in the bathroom is partially very rusty. In general, the room rate was quite high but the view out on the beach was worth it.

Breakfast was disappointing, very basic not tasty and not a whole a lot of decent choices for $ 200/night I would expect a lot better.

Only one thing - you get one key which works as a chip for the whole electricity in the bungalow, but when you leave and lock the bungalow there will be no electricity which means we always returned to very hot room with warm water in the refrigerator (was not working without the key). It could be improved but I understand the concern of saving energy.

The location is perfect. To your right you can watch a sun rise and to the left you can sit and watch the most beautiful sunsets. The Beach front villas are fantastic. Cosy and right on the beach. The beaches are cleaned nearly everyday so there's always wonderful white sandy to go for romantic long woks. We loved our 2 weeks in Zodiac.

A little noisy from the Beach Bar, but we moved to the villa furthest away. Music finishes a reasonable time.

Location was excellent. Quiet beach not crowded. Only few boat nearby not middle of the location. Staffs some were nice and some just so so. Food at restaurant was great. Price is understandable as its small island. Water is so blue and small islands nearby just fantastic trip. Got hair comb and beach towels. Delicious food at restaurant.

Breakfast not many choices. Little insects in bathroom but for us its not big deal. Airconditioner was not so cold as it should be.

I really enjoyed this resort. Helpful and friendly staff. The beach is the best beach in Lipe. Much quieter than Sunset Beach but still only 10 mins walking to Walking Street and good restaurant choice. Good breakfast although a little repetitive, restaurant was good without being outstanding.

Bungalow was a bit small for a longer stay. For 2 people, it's hard to fit in 2 bags.

The rubbish floating around in the sea was bad. That’s very common in tourist areas of Thailand these days. It never used to be that bad. The government needs to do something about it. I think it’s being dumped in the sea deliberately
