The staff here treats guests with real respect they remember you, they care, and they run this property like it’s a 5-star operation. That kind of attention and courtesy is rare, especially in this price range. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The grounds are tidy. Everything just works the way it should — and that peace of mind makes all the difference when you’re traveling.

The staff was great. Very helpful and went above and beyond. The pool was very clean. The landscaping was beautiful. The free breakfast had a good assortment.

I tried to work out in the small gym. It felt like they forget to clean it. The screen on the machine was grimy. I couldn't get any reception on the TV. The area seemed safe but there was nothing within walking distance to do or even a discount or drug store nearby. I had to Uber everywhere. It might be good if you have a vehicle.

The kids loved the pool! Central location for shopping and dining. Kids were able to get a quick breakfast before we headed to Narragansett for the day.

The area its self was a bit sketchy. Some parts of the hotel smelled of weed.

The breakfast was a nice touch and more than enough. Eggs, sausage, a waffle station...what more do you need? The location is also close to restaurants and 15 minutes from Providence.

No problems. The property met my expectations.

Location, bedclothes and towels were nice clean.

The carpet was a little dirty and you could EVERYTHING from the hallway. The doors were making terrible noise in the morning. Breakfast time ends very soon… not comfortable.

Would highly recommend. Staff were courteous and always available to help. Facilities were excellent and very comfortable beds! Definitely stay here in the future.

It was clean and convenient, and the staff were very accommodating – they let us check out an hour later because our child wasn’t feeling well.

Well I haven"t recived my refund yet And when I checked in the gentleman was kinda cocky

Everything was ok, only breakfast menu was absolute terrible. Pastries were stale, no bread, only bagels, omelette was terrible and something what they put on the side - was even worse than everything else.

Plenty of breakfast options. Conveniently located off the lobby. Tables were clean and the breakfast set up was well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room had all the amenities I needed.
