Despite initial concerns about long wait times for the elevator, I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right on the beach, was simply stunning, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were flawlessly clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options served with attentive care. This hotel provided the ultimate beachside retreat, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Very clean the property was well kept they had a lot of activities for my grandson location was great. We were thinking of canceling our other plans and just staying there for a few days. We continued on to Gulf Shores and regret not staying at SpringHill

The reason I didn't rate it a 10 was the parking fee and parking tax. Just roll those things into the price and be done with it. I for one don't want to see all those taxes and fees on the bill it annoys me just give me the full price

I loved this hotel. i cannot recommend it enough. the pool was one of the best pools i’ve seen at a hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy, and i mean all of the staff was incredible. there was one employee we witnessed who was on the beach putting up chairs and umbrellas. she ran from the chairs to the pool to give someone their hat back. that is awesome of her! the pool bar was great and the drinks were got were amazing. the view of the ocean was beautiful. i like that they have the first 4 floors as parking and the lobby because even with us being on the first floor we had an amazing view. this is a VERY family friendly place. everyone we encountered was super nice employees and guests!

didn’t mind these things enough to make me not want to stay here again but i will put a few things that can be improved. the elevator… there’s 3 of them and it’s still not enough. idk if they need more elevators or if their just not big enough but almost everytime we took it we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes before one came along where we could fit. if your claustrophobic…good luck! the rooms could use a little updating but they were still nice and clean.. just the rest of the hotel looks nicer than the rooms. not sure if our room just didn’t have one but there wasn’t a sign to put on the door if you didn’t want your room cleaned while you were gone. not a big deal but some people don’t want others in their room with their personal stuff while their not there.

Great location right on a gorgeous beach and the PCB strip. Nice ambience, good pool., good breakfast included.

I hate paying extra for parking ($15 per day). But what I hate even more is paying for beach, chairs, and umbrella rental. ($60 per day!!!) I feel like these things should be included.

The hotel is beachfront and not having to drive to the beach was my main priority. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasing as you can grab breakfast there while heading out to the beach. Overall the hotel is beautiful very clean and it has everything you need if you decide to stay in during your whole stay. The pool area is very beautiful as it overlooks the beach and it’s a big pool with lazy River, it never felt crowded and there’s plenty of seating space plus beach towels accessible at all times.

Elevators did get quite busy at times but not a problem to affect the quality of the stay at this hotel

All of the staff was friendly except the one that done our check-in. He didn't attempt to say hello, or anything. He had a bad vibe from the moment I got to the counter. The only time he spoke to me was when I asked my daughter on purpose out loud so he could hear me, did she think he had an attitude. Then he tried to make a fake convo by asking did we have a good drive or flight there.

Again every thing was great besides the one person at check in.

This property was so perfectly placed I don’t know how other hotels can compete. Not only is it placed near a bunch of restaurants and stores. But it’s placed right next to a beautiful peer. This hotel is top notch. From the super friendly staff to easy gateway straight to the beach. I also loved how you could rent chairs and an umbrella. Which was a beautiful touch because we forgot to bring ours. I could go on for days about how perfect this hotel was, from having washers and driers for your cloths. To washing stations for when you leave the ocean. To some of the cleanest outdoor restrooms to the perfectly placed bars, and a really nice parking garage. I could go for days. Thank you to Marriott for making a master piece wish we stayed longer. And will definitely be back 😊

Loved our room! Beach balcony! The pool was nice. Right on the beach. We loved that on the weekend there was a pool party for kids to enjoy too! Jellies and latitude grill were very good. Breakfast was a good spread too. The staff was all very friendly! Overall, the stay was great and we will be c9ming back!

The only two things we thought could be different was the beach rentals always took all of the good spots on the beach right by the hotel so the guests couldn't set up anything without having to walk down the beach. We just pay a lot of money to stay at a beach front hotel and should be able to set up there if a payi g guest wanted to. The other thing was we just wanted to see the pool being cleaned a little more often. By the afternoon it was very dirty.

Everything at this hotel was beautiful, affordable,& clean. The breakfast was free and amazing. The selection was awesome. Days we didn’t want to go anywhere we dined in at the hotel restaurant. The bartenders were friendly! “Tay (taylor)from the bay” & Jess were my favorite! You have to attend live music & taco Tuesday! I didn’t expect hotel food to be put together so well. THE CHEF NEEDS A RAISE! The food and drinks were spectacular! We had a balcony view which was beautiful. Access to the beach was probably the best part about the trip! Overall everything was great & when I take a trip to PCB this will be the hotel I stay in EVERYTIME!

This facility was absolutely clean. 10 Billion %. The view was also 10 Billion %. The beach, the lazy pool, the hotub, and the hotel room was perfect for our 4 member family with two small children. The breakfast offered was also pretty decently done. They had fire pits around some seating area near the pool. The beach access and the beach itself was clean with zero trash.

They took my card for "incidentals", but when checking out they had a hidden charge for parking at $20.00. They have an open stated charge of $100.00 if you choose to check-in early. Also, the receptionist at the counter could be more friendlier. The bar at the pool was not opened at the time at February which would have been great even if it was colder. The only bar opened was on the 4th floor. There was many people at the pool wanting to drink.
