Very good size room, well stocked kitchenette with kettle, toaster & microwave. Large ensuite, hot water. We paid extra for continental breakfast, which was brought to our room, hot and delicious. Owner operators very friendly and accommodating. It is located on the east side of the footbridge, close enough to walk into the town centre, but far enough out to avoid excessive noise and traffic. The decor was a little dated, but the room served it's purpose for us & was great value for money.. If we wanted something high-end, we would've booked a resort room.

Water pressure in the shower was a little low. My partner didn't like the firm mattress, but it didn't bother me.

Welcoming reception by owners, check in hours not an issue, (owners live on premises), fresh milk for room, outdoor bbq (not used) nice idea though, garden and pathways well maintained. Excellent heating, nice large bathroom with hand basin. Large room accommodating a table and chairs and lounge suite. Good block out curtains.

Carpark not in front of room ,not an issue in off season but could cause problems in season. TV could be upgraded to standard of other like type motels. Little bit further out from shops, etc. Pillows need renewing, flat and lumpy.

Very easy central location to find. The room was spacious and well equipped with a small couch, table and chairs, a sink in the main room, microwave oven crockery and cutlery. Our room had a QS and single bed in it. Toiletries, shower cap, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk supplied. We appreciated that the room was on ground level, so much easier for unloading and loading luggage between the room and car. Managers very friendly and helpful, a lovely touch was having the windscreen and back window of the car washed in the morning, it had been a wet night so to have clean windows was a real plus. We asked about a place to have dinner and the recommendation by the motel owner was for the Central Hotel which was excellent. We had a delicious meal and great service.

The room was very clean and comfy bed. Aircon worked very well and parking was directly outside of our room. Restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. The real gem was the owner who worked on reception and was very welcoming and even washed every car's windscreens in the morning. I would highly recommend this wonderful motel. this was our second stay and will definitely be staying again when next visiting Lakes Entrance.

Shower water pressure was a little slow but no real drama.

Location of the Motel was pretty much prime to what we wanted to do, Wife wanted to Catch prawns and i hadnt realize that i had booked a stay which was quite close to our activities, Michelle and Christian were great to deal with, we were coming in late of the Friday long weekend, and she had checked up on us a few times to see how far out and how our drive was going, Christian told us of a few good spots for prawning and where we could fish . When we did see them in the morning, they greeted us cheerfully. Room was quite spacious and Clean for the two of us. Cant Fault the Motel, despite being busy, Christian and Michelle didnt let down their customer service

We had a very enjoyable stay here . Great location with free , dedicated parking too. Our room was cozy , well maintained and comfortable.The owners Michelle & Kristian were very friendly and helpful & it was a pleasure interacting with them . We were pleasantly surprised to see that our car windscreen was cleaned the next morning by the owners . Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again :)

Everything was perfect.

Michelle and Kristian are great owners, always there to greet you with a smile, happy to share information about things to do in the area, We come this way to catch prawns, and Kristian is always on hand to tell us where the good spots are. this is our second time here, and it was a welcome sight to see my Windscreen and bull bar was Bug and Tar free, as Kristian had washed it on the day we checked out,

Our stay was too short.

The room was very clean and comfy and the location was excellent being so close to shops and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The husband even went as far as cleaning our car front and back windscreen early in the morning before we left. What a lovely surprise and a wonderful touch of kindness. I would most definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The only comment for area for improvement would be the coffee sachets. Perhaps considering a different brand. But this is only a small thing and should not deter anyone from staying in this wonderful hidden gem.

Our room suited our needs perfectly...firstly it was immaculate, bed was comfortable with nice linen, room size was great, good shower with plenty of space in bathroom, small 2 seater lounge and also a small round table & chairs...all that we could ever need. Our greeting in reception was very friendly and every encounter with staff was the same. Location was excellent very good proximity to shops etc. Highly recommend!

The staff were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. There was an incident the previous night apparently due to the previous guest's actions that resulted in a small fire in the room we had booked. The staff were very open and transparent letting us know what happened, that there was a different room available if necessary, but offering us the opportunity to view the affected room first. Thankfully, by this time, we didn't notice anything major and were happy to take the room
