Very good hotel! Perfect location, reasonable price including breakfast. It was very clean in rooms, so clean and new bed textile, regular daily room cleaning. It was exceptionally polite personnel, staff at the front desk helped to solve all questions. It is also convenient, that there is a big parking right behind the corner of the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the breakfast was simply amazing: home made style of omelette was combined with selection - 8 salads, 9 mild cheese, 6 hard cheese, salmon, sausages, meatballs. You could have as well serials, croissants, toasts, joghurts, and what is amazing - champagne! I have read in previous comments, that railway near hotel makes noise and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff took the complaints into consideration and earplugs were provided for everyone in the rooms. But actually we didn't hear the noise, it depends which side faced the window. Also note that only two hotels in Rüdesheim including Traube Hotel have a driveway in front of the hotel, to all the others you have to carry your things from the parking lot by foot.

Buffet breakfast was very good everything you would expect. Room was very clean , bed comfortable , slept well. Location perfect short walk from the railway station and to the xmas market.Also whilst there I became ill with a U. T.I infection , the ladies on reception were extremely helpful and arranged for paramedics to attend and take me to the local hospital where I was seen and treated very swiftly. Many thanks to all involved.

Good buffet breakfast. Helpful providing us with ice for our room when we asked. Divided into 2 buildings which was confusing. Both had elevators. Road was divided and came right to the door to check in once we figured it out.

One of the buildings had seven stairs at the entrance which made it not handicapped accessible. Parking was in municipal lot a block away. Their own underground lot was not always available.

I picked this hotel because I read some reviews about their great breakfast buffet and it did not disappoint! There were bread buns with all sorts of filings (jam, ham, cheese, different sorts of each) as often, but there were also jars of fresh fruit salad, jars of veggie slices (carrots, peppers, radishes), eggs, juices, good joghurt, milk, different cereals, and pastries (mini croissants etc). I may forget things. It was very good! The breakfast room has a nice view on the Rhine too. I added a picture of some of the breakfast items.

Solid hotel in super location. Direct on Rhein, close to, or practically in, the historic centre of Rüdesheim. Railway station and ferry few minutes walk. Furniture and equipment not new, but ok, room and beds comfortable. electrical kettle available. Breakfast solid, with wide choice of everything. We stayed for 3 nights, hotel as a base for trips in Rheingau. I do not regret that I reserved this hotel, and we were satisfied with our stay.

This wonderful hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the station in Rüdesheim. The check in by a charming man at reception was very friendly and efficient. He was even expecting us! After leaving cases in the large family room and a quick freshen up, we proceeded to the bar, where we were greeted by the very same charming gentleman who served us some drinks in a very convivial atmosphere. Good night's sleep was followed by a sumptuous and local styled breakfast with beautiful views of the Rhine, river boats and vineyards.. A short stroll around the beautiful old town before a quick walk to the station to continue our rail journey. Thank you for a lovely stay at a very reasonable price.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location in Rüdesheim am Rhein, looking over the river. It had its own underground car park which was ideal as we were travelling selling on motorcycles. The room was big enough for us and our gear. There is a very pleasant bar and terrace at the hotel which seemed quite popular. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Rüdesheim is a really nice place, with enough to entertain for a few days. It is a short walk from the hotel to numerous restaurants and bars. It is also close to the train station, the boat river stops and the cable car. All are within 5 or 10 minutes walk. The cable car is a great experience and it was very interesting to seen he views over the Rhein and the monument Germania.

The only downside we felt was that the car was in the sister building not the main building, this was not a major inconvenience but did mean a bit more carrying of gear. However the security that having the bikes garaged meant much more.

Great location,friendly staff. Large room with comfy bed. Breakfast was good and great views from the window. For what we paid we thought it was good value for money.

Although it was great for our stay some things could do with an update,furniture/decore wise. Also it does say the rooms are soundproof but there was quite a bit of noise from people in the corridors on the Saturday night.

The Hotel Traube is very centrally located and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Drosselgasse. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are good. The reception of the staff is very friendly. For breakfast you have to go to the neighbouring house, but you are then compensated with a first-class and very rich breakfast. All in all, our stay was great and I would come back at any time.

Quaint hotel. Typical German style where you get dressed to go down to breakfast and have your coffee there. Great location in Rudesheim! Staff was friendly for Germans.

There is no ac. Fortunately, it was cool the night we stayed, and it was quiet outside, but if not for those two things, sleeping would not have been possible. Also, the beds were hard.
