The Lagoon Suites really make an impact on the convenience, the dedicated restaurant is superb

Beach is too overcrowded, thus not really matching the overall level of luxury level of the lagoon concept

Food was surprisingly outstanding. They gave us a free room upgrade. Excellent spa tubs. The beach was awesome.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kaya Palazzo! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely kind and professional staff. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the unexpected upgrade to a much larger room, elegantly decorated, with a spectacular front sea view – truly a dream come true! The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness is exemplary, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurants provided an exceptional culinary experience. The indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter), the private beach, and the hotel’s facilities are top-notch – perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the services are flawless. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special! A special mention to Alina, Veronika, Alexander, and of course, the manager, Rida. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence!

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all because they have created a paradise for children. From the swimming pools that are dedicated to children to the shows created especially for them. Effectively everything has been designed to perfection for the little ones. 2ndly I thank from the bottom of my heart my assistant Halil Saka who answered any request or question I had. He was there 24 hours a day for us, he worked even on his day off to make sure that our departure was well organized. Thanks also to chef Mehmet at the steak lounge who prepared the tastiest dishes for us! And of course the lady who cleaned us every morning! for an unforgettable experience I recommend the Lagon suites! a small recommendation-> it would be super to leave the a la carte restaurants until 12 midnight, because it interferes with the activities and shows for the little ones, and sometimes you have to choose between going to the show with the little ones or eating at one of the delicious restaurants ! thank you Kaya Palazzo

It's a top-class resort. We enjoyed the rooms, the pool, the beach, the night show. The food was beautifully displayed with every choice you could imagine. Service and staff are excellent. Special thanks to Arif who is more than a guest experience assistant, he is a really exceptional man. Our stay at KP was wonderful, thank you.

Our Antalya trip to celebrate two birthdays in the family, one of which was our baby's first, led us into a detailed search for a baby-friendly accommodation. Anyone with kids will understand the nervousness around taking your first trip with them as a baby, especially after they start eating solids! After some research and website scanning, we narrowed it down to two resorts we liked so we thought we'd just make sure they understand our requirements and sent our enquiries about baby food availability at the resort. We finally chose Kaya Palazzo who had the most prompt, comprehensive response and it was probably then that we realised we had a winner and we were not disappointed. From the first day, Kaya Palazzo's Guest Experience team took charge and made sure everything and absolutely everything was taken care of. They set up a WhatsApp group chat dedicated to us so all we had to do was message them what we needed and it was delivered to us promptly. They not only offered to prepare our baby's meals according to our requirements, but also asked if we had our recipes that we’d like them to prepare from. We were surprised they offered this and we happily shared our recipes which they executed well at each meal time. Special applause for Dilyara who organised our birthday celebrations and saw through each and every detail from finalising their beautiful patisserie as the venue for the celebration to arranging the onsite photographer to the special birthday cakes on both birthdays. Veronika, Alina, Alexander and Ege, also from the Guest Experience team, played huge part in our daily comfort including ensuring our baby's food was ready fresh when we needed it, that her midnight and daily special milk needs were delivered to our room quickly and efficiently, even so far as to have the mini club (for babies) opened out of hours on our request.

Loved everything about the resort

Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

We went in winter so used the indoor pool and it could do with a bit of an upgrade

Excellent excellent excellent. Everything was perfect, staff, food, facilities, cleanliness and absolutely everything. Loved the place so much.

We were there for 4 nights but it rained 2 days, which is no fault of theirs. They still created an activity for us indoors which was great

We stayed for 4 nights at Kaya Palazzo in the Lagoon suits, and it was an amazing experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The Lagoon rooms are beautiful, spacious, and give a sense of privacy with direct access to the pool – definitely a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and well-maintained, with plenty of facilities and activities. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the service was always attentive. We especially loved the atmosphere in the Lagoon area, which felt calm and exclusive. Overall, Kaya Palazzo exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and a relaxing vacation.

only small issue we faced was with the shower, as water was escaping outside underneath door to whole bathroom,The staff tried to fix it,,and aside from that everything was perfect.but forsure deserve to try again and again.
