This is a great place to stop on a long journey. Best value for money and has a big fridge, microwave, hotplate, big screen TV and shared laundry. It is an old fashioned motel which I think gives it character. If you used to do road trips with your family when you were a kid, this will remind you of those days. Bathroom had a great shower and interesting tiles that I loved. Worth a short journey off the motorway if you are looking for the best value. Easy 24hr check in, very best of the old and new.

I have been coming to this motel annually one night for the last 20 + yrs as its convenient off the highway( have to divert off main highway now but that doesnt stop me).It very ideal always clean and comfotable totally satifying for my night stay.First time booking a room as last year I ddnt know until I arrived that its now contactless.Very easy to book and communication between booking.com and myself was exceptional.I requested a ground floor room and I got a ground floor room and I changed my date to stay by one night and it was granted.Very happy. Thankyou😀

Nothing really.Only thing when you look on other sites ie wotiff room us slightly cheaper.Other than that all was perfect

Everything was great. I arrived a bit late, I was supposed to get in at 11.00am and store my luggage but did not arrive until 12.20 when the staff were on a break. The receptionist did wait and let me into the room straight away. She was very friendly and provided assistance. She provided info about the local area and shoping. I was very appreciative.

All good. Some other guests did talk outside my room but that was about it :)

The room was clean, the key pad entry was a little bit difficult only because a couple of numbers did not register properly, had to have a few goes to get it to work. Traffic noise was a bit loud but would be the same with any accommodation close to a main road. Bed was comfortable & shower was good.

Sorry we didn't book early enough to get a ground floor room. Being in our 70's we did struggle with the steps & getting luggage to our room.

The room was basic but nice and clean. It has a toaster electric jug and microwave and plates and cutlery. You could hear the people in above room walking around but not loud. Shower was really hot.

The door to the shower/toilet was hard to slide open or closed. You had to lift it up to get to move. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Was very clean

2 pillows supplied on double bed. Looked for another in cupboard (as there is usually extra pillows), but none there. Not good, We really needed two pillows each. Need a bedside table (even if only on one side of bed). My partner has Cpap machine, no where to put it & I always have my phone next to us for the alarm, & we have our water bottle next to us also. So a few things we won't happy about.

I wasn't sure how contactless motels worked, but it was pretty easy. I received a code for the room and an alternate contact number as the landline was not working on the day I arrived. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. As a mid-trip (Sydney-Brisbane) stop it was a good alternative to Coffs Harbour, and much more reasonably priced.

All good. The only issue I had was that the ice cream machine at McDonald's down the road wasn't working.

it was a lot better than the reviews we read after booking if we would have read them first we probably would not have stayed but glad we the shower was a bit ordinary

it wasn't that easy to find the place as far as signage goes parking wasn't that good either and who would know if the place has been cleaned as you rely on the people to empty bins extra unless you have 20/20 vision you wouldn't know you had to do this I did'nt see this until we were about to leave

Room was very clean and newly renovated. Small but well designed. Contactless reservation system went well. Text message to give me code to door was the extent of contact with anyone as I paid online in advance. Easy access to super market shopping center and various eateries.

Highway noise or maybe railway noise was more noticeable this stay as from time to time there was loud mechanical sounds, maybe trucks braking or trains, not sure. It was not all the time, only occasional, so made no negative impact on me. I slept well. I like at least one window a little bit open, so sounds were more noticeable.

Motel is well located, close to town. Very practical organisation of room with small table and chairs, small sitting area with coffee table and comfortable bed. Bigger than normal mini fridge, smart TV, long bench area to accommodate, m/w, toaster, coffee machine (pods), kettle, tub containing crockery and cutlery, also 2 bar stools and an efficient reverse cycle A/C. Double standing cupboard is useful for storage. Happy and friendly reception staff is always a bonus to welcome visitors. Fresh milk is supplied and guests are welcome to ask for additional supplies. Parking is right at the door.

Management requests that the bathroom basin not be used for washing kitchen items which needs to be done outside at the BBQ area, hence a sink would be useful in the room.
