Very clean and spacious, with modern fittings. Excellent value for the price. The self-check in process was convenient.

We initially struggled to find our room. It was in a separate building to where we checked in. The contact telephone provided was disconnected, unfortunately. A kind man helped us to locate the correct entrance. I believe that indicating that specific rooms are in the second building would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent!

Space of the room lovely, and the beds were solid and comfortable. The response from the hotel was quick and detailed. The easy and relaxed check-in and check out policy is fantastic. The location and amenities around the hotel are amazing.

I believe a travel cot should be provided if one is required. Good thing it was explained in the hotel policy. The cleaning of the rooms can be improved up to the standard expected of a hotel

The location was perfect with shops,bus and Train station near. Check in was very easy with key machine at the entrance. Room & bathroom was modern,very clean and comfortable. It would of been nice to have a mini fridge and fan as it was hot weather. but as we only stayed one night we were ok. There's also many restaurants etc and a lovely park close by to

We just needed a place to stay the night. It was nice to also have a little desk and chair, and the bathroom was also very fine. The check-in process was also easy; automated, so you could get in at any time.

We would have liked to have a water cooker and one or two cups. But I understand that this may be hard to arrange with the fully automated check-in and check-out system.

Wonderful hotel, very well organized with self check-in, clear instructions, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and a very dark room (perfect for a restful sleep!). On-site parking available. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it without hesitation.

Very good price/quality rate. We booked two rooms but got a whole apartment. The beds were comfortable, the whole place was very clean. Very comfortable traveling through Germany, located in the middle of the country. Close to shops in Appelbeck, easy to reach from the highway, parking spot just in front of the hotel.

The surroundings of the hotel are not very inspiring.

Very big apartment, clean and value for money. Close to a train station which is 3 stops away from the central station. Big balcony. Easy check in - remotely.

The apartment is extremely big and it couldn't be heated properly. It could be more decorated.

Very spacious clean & comfortable apartment. Was expecting a twin room but had a 2 bed apartment. Excellent public transport links, train tram and bus wer less than 5 minutes walk Nice quiet area but city cen tre easily accessible

There was a small kitchen in the room. Curtains protecting against daylight.

There where no crooks to hang up a coat. The beds were rather hard.
