For 5 people team, there was pretty much space in the house. Everything was clean and new, good furnished, very nice bathtub. The host provided us with lots of information on pretty everything in the house and what's around the facility: convenient video-instructions come quite handy. And their responces were quick as well, so I consider that reliable. =) The place was really good, so it's sad that we only had planned a few nights at Kawaguchiko - next time we will stay longer. ;)

The house we lived in had no direct view on Fuji-san. Were a bit confused on what to do with used towels.

The house is located nearby mt Fuji, just one step out of the house and you have a full view of the mountain. We were lucky enough to have good weather, so it was gorgeous. Taxi's ride of and on from the station, which makes it easy to get to the house. The host couldn't arrange a taxi for our way back (all the way to Fuji station) but provided an email that made it very easy to arrange one ourselves. We had some good foods super nearby the house, and there are multiple supermarkets around to get yourself the necessary things.

Because the rooms have two single beds in it, it feels a bit crowded and tight. But that might be personal preferences.

Super comfortable and very well equipped. From laundry pods and paper towels to rice cooker, toaster oven and pots and pans. Cosy compact house where everything within reach yet lots of beds for families. Fuss free check in and out with digital password entry system so no keys to carry or lose. Great service with lots of follow ups and checks to make sure everything was working fine. Parking right in front of the house. Great location slightly out of the main town area but still very close (like 2 mins to town driving).

There are two houses but we stayed in the Nishiki house from which you can’t see Mount Fuji (blocked by the other house) although you can see it from the car park. Not a huge issue as there are plenty of opportunities to see Fujisan if you just step out

Wonderful stay. Accommodation had everything we needed. Nice and spacious and clean. Great shower. Full kitchen. Easy parking. Wonderful location. We loved Fujikawaguchiko and would love to go back one day

The villa was fit for 10 people. It is a new property. And have everything that people need.

The location is a little far from attractions but this is the same for the whole town. You have to take the bus or taxi.

This was a self-contained apartment which was very well set up. Very clean Excellent kitchen. Excellent bathroom.

Next door apartment blocked the view of MT Fuji. Driving distance to lake and shops.

The whole place very clean and well maintained. Layout spacious, beds and pillows clean and comfy. On a clear day, can see Mt Fuji! Will definitely stay again

Very clean. Functional. Having the unit to ourselves. Space outdoors for the kids to run around. Great view of Mt. Fuji. Quick response from the property when I needed assistance.

Location from Kawaguchiko station was farther than I would have liked necessitating the use of a taxi.

Excellent location to anything you would want to do in the area. Convenient to shopping, food, sights. Very clean and neat. Kitchen was organized and prepared for most anything I would have cooked. when Fuji San decided to show herself, the view is excellent.

would have liked a few more “lounging” type seats; maybe a second couch.
