I stayed only one night in the accommodation with four adults and two babies. The place is spacious, well-equipped, and well-located. I particularly liked the tatami rooms and the antique furniture. There is a sauna and a hot tub, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to use them.

I didnt' receive the key code in advance, so it was a bit stressful when I arrived and I had to call the number provided by booking. But hopefully, someone nice answered quickly. I would have appreciated a table and chairs in the living room, as there was only a sofa and a coffee table. I would also like the area around the stovetop to be cleaned more thoroughly. I think that the air conditioning filters should be cleaned as well. The mattress in the upper right bedroom is not very comfortable. Contrary to other reviews, I did not notice any mold or musty smell. The accommodation was clean.

The location was number one. Right outside the house we could see the mt. Fuji which was very close look. Just 4-500m away there is a convenient store, and the lake kawaguchiko is 5 mins away by car. The facility was nice but the gas was stopped once so we had to reset it outside the house (but just once).

It would be nice if you had translated image for remote controls. I had to spend one night without heater in the rooms because we thought that the AC machine was just for cooling. (I figured it out with translation app for remote controls image!)

Huge house with so much space, large kitchen, huge TV with Netflix, outdoor deck and yard. Great location within walking distance to station, grocery store and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Free bikes were awesome for touring around.

Better blackout curtains and bedside tables would be nice in the bedrooms. There was a crazy storm one night and the wind whistled loudly through poorly sealed windows in the kids bedroom, keeping them up for much of the night. There was an outdoor sauna and hot tub in the front yard but we were told they weren’t available for use. We were told a security camera would be used during self checkin to ensure addition guests did not enter, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable not knowing when we were being watched and/or if there were other hidden cameras in the house.

Just walk out of the house and you will have a great view of Mount Fuji! We didn't rent a car so the bikes were very useful! Overall a great stay for our family. The design is a mix of traditional and modern Japanese. The staff were very attentive to messages so it was a great help when we needed to sort things out.

The couch could be improved as well as the dining table. Check in and Check out could be adjusted to give a better overall experience to the guests.

Kitchen has all the amenities, there’s also washer & capsule detergent provided. Most useful is the living room gas heater keeping us warm although outside is -10 deg celcius

The property is very quaint and the surroundings are lovely. The living room was big enough to accommodate my entire group and still have enough space for more. The beds and futons were lovely as well.

The heating was kinda iffy but still provided enough warmth during the stay.

This property is very close to the station, and safe for the family, it’s huge space. we feel comfortable during our stay all rooms are well organized with heating and cooling systems.

cooking dishes some of them are not matched with our expectations. this is not big deal any way

It was very clean and the staff are very accommodating, they answer when you call them.

It didn’t have dining table to eat in. We had to eat on the floor. The place can fit 10 ppl and so we were expecting a dining table that will accomodate us.

The location very near to the kawaguchiko station, safe and quiet area , nice view facing mount Fuji clearly and superb facilities given by property.

Only the sofa at living hall is too short and un comfortable to sit.

The house was clean. All amenities and equipment are good. Suitable for group tourists. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The environment is nice.
