View of Mount Fuji from lounge was superb, and felt like a real highlight to our holiday. Property was quiet, very clean and well maintained. Location was excellent, about a 9 minute walk from the Kawaguchiko station; not too bad with suitcases but slightly strenuous in the summer heat. Very central compared to many other accommodations surrounding the lake. Finding the property was fine, with a helpful video provided by the host. Property was larger than expected, and perfect for our family of 4. A large shared bathroom, good sized kitchen/dining area and a comfortable lounge/TV area. Would be suitable for even larger groups with the flexibility to add extra beds. Would definitely recommend this property.

A very minor point, but the gravel surface leading up to the front entrance made wheeling in suitcases a little awkward

The view of the Mt. Fuji from the property was excellent.

Everything was great. It would have been better if they had a toaster and paper towels.

The house is in excellent condition, well kept and the view of mount fuji is priceless. Check in is seamless and straightforward.

The house is quite spacious in Japanese standard. Downstairs has three bedrooms with four single beds. Upstairs are mainly living area. The cleaning lady was very friendly. One of the family member TOCORO Natsumi was very nice looking and very nice to deal with. She speaks good English and she told me that she studied in Australia. She helped me by explaining the situation in Japanese all the way when my car got into trouble. She patiently showed me the correct parking spot which was hard for a non-Japanese speaker like myself.

The parking is a bit of pain, as the property is located in a very densely populated village. The road into the property is hard to go through if you usually drive large SUV in spacious road and spacious parking like you are in Australia or USA. I got my small rented car stuck as the road space is so delicate to manoeuvre. Many thanks to Natsumi, she showed me the parking spot which is about 5 minutes walk. That settled the parking drama. Unlike most of the very polite Japanese, one middle age male neighbour had quite unpleasant attitude when he complained while the extremely polite and friendly serviceman working on getting my car out of the stuck spot. All I could do was pretend to be dumb, smile and ignore whatever he said.

The view is very nice, like on the pictures. The apartment was clean and nice. The bedrooms are on the ground floor with one toilet, and the kitchen/ living room/ bathroom are on the first floor.

There was a smell like sewer pipe in the bathroom, after the first use does not matter what we did ( opened all the faucets for a minute ) The stairs are a little steep. The first floor could be hot, but the AC working well.

I have been wanting to stay at this property for years and it has been always booked. We loved our stay here. The location is a short walk from the station and food/Conbini. The community is very quiet and residential. The home is exactly as photographed: very clean with two windows to view Fuji-san. The rooms are downstairs and there are two toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs). We were a family of 3 adults and 1 child and we were very comfortable with plenty of space to spare. I will be staying here again :)

Only 10 minute walk from the train/bus station. Some uneven roads including gravel so make sure you are capable of carrying your bags as wheels don't always work. Quiet and peaceful area. Spacious house, lots of space. There were only 4 of us but could have easily slept many more. Kitchen was well equipped.

Gravels around house made it hard to get in with luggage. During and after rain there was persistent loud dripping from outside both of the bedrooms which made it hard to get to sleep.

The most incredible view! We were so lucky to get two clear days, the view is even better in person if you can believe it. Such a spacious house, so close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores. We had large suitcases and easily managed to walk them from the main bus stop to the property. The kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to cook for ourselves. The check in details were very simple to understand which made it all the more convenient. This stay was definitely the highlight of our trip!

There is a slight smell to the upstairs bathroom, seems to come from the pipes. We tried to keep the room as ventilated as possible as they recommend but the smell stays. Overall, not bad enough to take away from our great time there.

Exactly how you see it in pictures. Really cute accoms. Comfortable and clean space. Very quick to response to messages to help us with check in and parking. Instructions were actually very clear, jus needed to take some time to read through them. Location is secluded with no parking, but that's the cuteness of this house. Short and lovely walk from the designated carpark area to the home 👍 Can see mt fuji at night too!

There was a bit of sewage smell in the upstairs toilet, but doesn't affect the sleeping/living area as its separated.

The house are as advertised, clean and modern. Kitchen has just the right tools/utensils. The view of mount Fuji from the house is surreal

The house is 350m walk from main road, and about 400m from designated parking spot. I took a Vellfire rental and is quite challenging to do luggage pickup/dropoff as the road leading towards the property is very small. Parking in front of property is strictly prohobited
