We had a great stay at this spacious house, which was very comfortable for our group of 5. The highlight was the amazing view of Mount Fuji – truly unforgettable. The house has an older design, but it was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is large and convenient for group cooking, though it would have been helpful to have a drying rack. Just a heads-up: the road leading to the house is quite narrow, so driving in and out requires some care. Overall, a great choice for a relaxed stay with stunning scenery.

I really liked to have the full house with family, and rooms where we can sleep with futtons Japanese style, or bed western style. It is very convenient, with a lot of space. The location is good , 7 minutes walking to the station, 4 minutes walking to Hello Cycling station (the app is working well). The owner is very reactive and caring eventhough we never saw him/her.

We met several insects in the house: wasps, spiders, night butterflies. But it is a normal thing in a house in countryside, the owner sent someone quickly ro get rid of the wasps.

I was surprised to be obliged to make an additional online registration in the owner's IT system in order to obtain the code to the keys. Normally booking provides all my personal details to the owner. Sometimes passports are needed additionally. They are either scanned at a reception or I send scans over an email. Here differently, I had to register into owners website providing my personal details again, photo of the passport and of myself. Being in the mountains it was a little challenging. Finally it worked, but that additional procedure should be clearly mentioned in the description of the place and expected by the client. I wonder what they do with photos of their clients? Photos of passports are stored due to legal requirements, but faces?

The 3 bedroom upstairs are beautiful! With good views of Mount Fuji inside the house, in the garden and road nearby. Nice kitchen with fridge and utensils. Laundry pods provided with washing machine. Toothbrush, bath towels and toiletries are provided.

A bit too cold to sleep on tatami in rooms downstairs.

Walkable to Kawaguchiko station. The house is big and there are more than enough rooms for a family of 6. The best part is the perfect view of Mt. Fuji in the bedrooms and upon exiting the main door.

Heating system in the house is not sufficient.

House was a little musky smell when we arrived. Expected given the locality and that there wasn’t any windows open or air on.

This house was huge! My teenage children were delighted to have their own rooms, 2 with a balcony and views of mt Fiji. The beds were soooo comfortable. It was a short 5 minute walk to the best ramen shop and the best bakery we’ve been to so far in Japan. And aAbsolutely the best accommodation so far.

We were so sad we had to leave.

We went to Yamanashi for our trip to climb Mount Fuji. The villa is really close to Mount Fuji, around 8 minutes by car. The facilities and services were really good. Overall, we had a very good experience and rest during our trip.

It will be great if there are extra plastics for trash.

Relatively close to the Kawaguchiko train station, about 5 min walk. Gorgeous Mount Fuji view in the morning. Very spacious house, with western beds on four rooms on top floor and tatami rooms on main floor.

Within walking distance (just) of Fuji-q and restaurants. Good size for a large group

Beware Google Maps gives a serious misdirection on path to Fuji-q. Price advertised on Booking was not inclusive of all costs
