It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Along the way, there are convenience stores and dining options available. The self-check-in counter is located on the second floor, and you need to open the door yourself, so it's important to pay attention to that. The view of Mount Fuji from the windows is amazing, and you can see it at any time. The entire accommodation has two shared toilets and two shared bathrooms, but they are not too crowded. The location is convenient, and the cost-effectiveness is decent. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

I understand that it can be inconvenient for the room located on the top floor, where you have to go downstairs to take a shower, use the restroom, or brush your teeth. However, since you're only staying for one night, it can be tolerable.

It was a clean place, check in was easy, the room was pretty spacious, and the location was pretty good (beautiful view of Mt Fuji). The shower head and water pressure were great! It was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated.

The bed mattresses weren't comfortable, so I ended up stacking the mattresses from both twin beds onto one, and it was only ok...

The family room is above all the double/twin rooms and can be noisy. We had really loud and inconsiderate people staying above us our entire stay luckily we had ear plugs. A microwave in the common area would be handy.

As a whole all is fine. I am a Japanese resident Nepalese but when check in, if I choose my country Nepal then it says passport compulsory. but I’m not tourist so don’t take my passport all the time. So for foreigner resident in Japan, there should be an option 1) Resident 2)Non-resident

Couldn’t find the entrance 😅 and it would be nice if we have staff in the property.

the location of the property is nice not that far from the station. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Tea and a very small refrigerator are also provided. we haven’t met any staff, they check in is done through a tablet at the entrance.

If the neighbors are not considerate, expect your sleep to be disturbed. The walls are not that thick to stop outside noise.

The view of Mt.Fuji is so fascinating,from our room..Feeling stisfied❤️

Great view, you could literally see the Mt Fuji from the window of the apartment. Very nice and helpful staff.
