Access to the accommodation is self-service, instructions are left taped to the door. Very convenient and close to the train and bus station. Despite that, there wasn't much noise. Arrived from Mishima via coach (bus), booked the ticket in advance but there was still enough vacancy for those who didn't, you just had to go to the ticket station first. You get a nice view of Fuji each morning. Not like the cities, so not too many stores but the area is quite nice peaceful. There is a good selection of restaurants and dessert though some are a bit of a walk. You can go for a walk around lake or take a scenic bus. The ropeway is only 15m by foot. The "famous Mt. Fuji" Lawson is down the road, but please be considerate of others and don't be nuisance. Saw many tourist oblivious of their surrounding, stopping in the middle of the road, and jaywalking in the middle of traffic to get a snap of the conbini.

One of the beds didn't have a power point next to it, but not a huge deal. Had all the relevant facilities though there is a bit less privacy depending on your routine, especially if you're travelling with a group. The shower, sink, and toilet are next to each other but all separate. The sink was over carpet which is a bit odd. Once again, not a huge deal but something to consider.

Went to Kawaguchiko with my friends for climbing trip to Mount Fuji.Decided to stay a night before and after the climb at this airbnb, the hist responded well to our questions and accomodate to our needs. we were able to leave our luggage at this property as they can keep the luggage for storage. Self check in was smooth, and the area was easily accessible within 2 mins walk from Kawaguchiko station which was located just across this property. The facilities were well equipped and maintained, including microwave, washing machine, fridge and small kitchen with basic utensils. Highly recommended this place!

The location is unbeatable. Just a few steps from the Kawaguchiko station, with mount Fuji view from your window. You have everything you need in your room to have a cozy stay and you're conveniently close to the station, konbinis and restaurants. The host answered fast and was so nice with every question we had. We could do the checkout earlier than the stablished hour and also had the option to leave the luggage before checking in, which was also a major advantage.

The room does have heating, however, with the cold temperatures in Kawaguchiko, it can still get cold, so make sure to pack a good sweater with you

Excellent central location. Clean and very big space. Great access to all the main activities in the area. Washing machine onsite was excellent for families with young children.

We were in the upstairs apartment and had a considerable amount of rain when we stayed. Please be careful going up and down the stairs with/without shoes. My husband slipped and hurt his back coming down the stairs as there is no grip- can be quite dangerous.

The location is perfect, just few minutes walking distance from Kawaguchiko station. And the mt Fuji is just right in front of there. It is very suitable for traveller without driving and with luggages. The price is reasonable with this location and view. We are allowed to check in earlier and leave our baggage in the room. There are kitchen stuff inside, we heat up our dinner here as most of the restaurant closed during new year. There are bed heater available too. Everything is good!

Amazing location next to the Kawaguchiko train/bus station with a clear view of Mt Fuji from the room. Catching the sightseeing buses and trains is a breeze. Walking to the lakeside is also a nice scenic walk. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen facilities are useful for making simple meals and heating up food because the restaurants in Kawaguchiko tend to get crowded during the peak periods like Sakura. Sakai-san, the host, was very kind to drive us to our next place in Fujiyoshida as there was a shortage of taxis during the peak period. This is my 2nd stay here and I highly recommend it.

Minutes away from Kawaguchiko station. Convenient as there are car rentals nearby and a parking lot to park your car if you are driving. Managed to get a lovely view of Mt Fuji in the morning. The room is cosy and the bed is comfortable. Amenities such as towels and toothbrushes are provided.

We thought it was a whole apartment but actually rooms within an apartment. One of the shoe cabinets was broken and there are shoes in the other so we could not place our shoes there. The shower is quite small and no bathtub.

The location is super close to Kawaguchiko Station, literally a 3 minutes walk only. This is super important for tourists, like me, as Kawaguchiko Station is our main transport hub where we will be taking train and bus. The room is spacious with a balcony and the amazing view of Mt Fuji is just infront of you. There were 2 double beds in the room with a few futons, just nice for my family of 6 pax. Microwave, fridge, kettle, basin, all basic kitchenware are available and you can DIY your dinner there. The toilet and shower room are separated which eases usage. Most importantly they provide free luggage storage before and after check-in.

If the price is more affordable then it would be awesome.

The room was exactly shown as per images and was comfortable for a group of 5. Location was super convenient and could see Mt Fuji from the balcony view. The host was also friendly and responsive when we had some confusion during the check in due to wrong memo given. It was settled and replaced with the right memo after communication.

There were not much space in the shower room and the shower gel and shampoo were on the floor. It is not a big issue but suggest to make the experience better next time.
