A very lovely house on top of a hill with magnificent views of Mt Fuji. Great setup with satellite TV, a retro Nintendo for a bit of nostalgia. The kitchen is also great for cooking. Extremely comfy and spacious futon beds. Spacious bathroom and laundry area. The main used areas and corridor were clean.

The toaster oven was quite dirty inside so we didn't use it. It needs a good spring cleaning behind things, like the bedside tables, inside the wardrobe? along the hallway (or maybe bunkbed for kids if there are more futons?) and the vertical timber feature by the entrance was quite dusty.

The best unblocked view of Mount Fuji from this property. Truly mesmerizing to wake up and see Mount Fuji outside the bedroom, or shower with the view of Fuji, in fact to have our breakfast and dinner on the terrace with the view of the mountain. Very spacious accommodation with a touch of modern and traditional. Sufficient facilities, great design and comfortable.

A challenge in managing the water heater as well as portable heaters in the house as they are dependent on the gas. When we wanted to shower, we noticed the water heater was not functioning well; thus, we had to walk out of the house to reset the gas.

The view was exactly like on the photo. Fujisan was magnificent at a sunrise. Very spacious house. Dining room was comfortable 4 chairs and a table. Small area with low sofa and coffe table was so cosy. Big bathroom, you could even dry your loundry there

Some places were skipped many times during cleaning I believe. Old wardrobe in corridor. House is next to the forest so we had a guest as spider and many on the tarace.

The view was really superb as advertised. Amenities inside were great. Try to avoid typhoon season though. We got to see Fuji-san clearly though at times the clouds and fog blocked the view. My family and I had no issues getting to location. (9 and 11yr old kids)

I would say elderly and family with kids below 6 should avoid unless you have a vehicle. The walk in is quite far about 15min from Kawaguchi Station (same for any convenience stores) and a steep slope up to the house. I had no issues, just fyi. Exterior of the house needs some minor maintenance, weed, shrub and mould removal.

The location was perfect and the view was absolutely stunning!

The place has a terrasse where you can see Fuji san, this is amazing ! The beds are very comfi and there is no noise around. The station is at 10min walk and the lake 10min walk as well, very convenient location. Lo

The view is just so magnificent and magical And the house is clean and complete with all the necessity..will be coming back here if i were going to mount fuji next time.

Beautiful Japanese style property, modernity equipped for all family needs . With glorious view of Mt Fuji from patio and lounge window. Absolutely gorgeous.

A Japanese style tiny house. Nice View. Awesome Location, Right near a light hiking path up the mountain with panoramic views.

The location was very convenient and the facilities were great. The accomodation also had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji also :)
