Clean, new living spaces. 2 bedrooms are great for families. 5 minutes from the train station.

Noise between floors and other units. Toilet is downstairs while bedrooms are upstairs, which is highly inconvenient when you need to go to the bathroom at night. The stairs are also very steep. Second, I received numerous reminders from host to follow house rules. 2-3 times a day. It was too much. In the end, we did not enjoy staying because we were too scared to “dirty” the facilities and too scared to make any noise. We were just tip-toeing around the place. We felt like unwanted guests.

The house is small but well equipped with everything, including laundry and kitchen stuffs. Staffs are super helpful and responsive to the message. The location is near to the main train station, basically is just 7 min walks away. And plus point, there is Mount Fuji view straight from the second floor balcony.

Excellent location to go to any of the lakes by car. Our room allows for a good view of Mt Fuji. The host left very detailed instructions on getting to the accommodation, and how to retrieve the door key. With pre-submission of check-in details by filling up a form before travelling, checking in was a breeze.

The place is very clean and very close to the station . Food nearby amazing

Maybe because of the two story. It’s a challenge to bring luggage upstairs so we have to unpack downstairs and bring all up. I actually like the extra room upstairs.

Fantastic location. Near to bus station and shops and the famous Lawson. Staffs were really helpful and answered all our questions promptly and we were even able to check in early.

The house has a smell when you step into the place. It’s not an awful type of smell and it’s not that too big of a deal as you get used to the smell after awhile.

Only 1 toilet downstairs. Not sound proof was able to constantly hear the people in the adjoining unit/villa there moving things around/banging around.

Very spacious house for two people. Would recommend for family stays. It came with a parking space and washing machine, which was importantly for our trip. It was also a walkable distance to the Main Street, but far enough for it to be quiet.

Good place to stay in Fuji. It's compact, near the station, and has complete amenities.

A bit hard to find at first, but it was most probably just me failing to read the video the host is providing. Other than that, It's all wonderful!

Spacious room and complete amenities. And it's just a couple of minutes away from the station. Very quite neighborhood. The check in and check out is also very simple, no hassle at all. Feels at home.

The bathroom and toilet is in the 1st floor while the bedrooms are in the 2nd floor. But not a big problem, since we put all our luggages downstairs anyway.

Pretty small house well equipped with everything. Beautiful view of mt fuji from the tatami room. Just walking distance from the kawaguchiko station

The futon is somewhat thin. Had to layer it up to be more comfortable.
