The villa is safe, clean, and comfortable. The location is at the bottom of a steep hill, with dense trees and bushes. In the early morning, I saw a fox and heard wild birds calling in the woods. There is a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji from the upper bedroom. The villa is well maintained, there were no negative points.

It was a lovely apartment —clean modern attractive ! We had breakfast there but ate out lunch & dinner so didn’t try to cook there . Hot shower with good pressure . It was a great location—ten minute walk to Kawaguchico station where you catch buses and trains and cabs and find restaurant options all around and walk to the grocery store . Good A/C and nice view of Mt Fuji in the morning ! Hosts were very responsive to questions . We would stay there again !

The beds were too firm for our preference but not a deal killer for us given all the other pluses ! We’d cure that hard mattress where we’re from with a two inch foam mattress topper !

Apartment complex with apartments of different standards, the apartment is spacious and well equipped. The view of Mount Fuji is lovely and there is proximity by car to the supermarket and the Fuji Q amusement park.

You should check if you can get there by public transportation, not sure if it's really convenient. The complex is marketed as a mountain observation point, so in order to see an open view of the mountain (without electricity poles) you have to go up to the glamping complex. Even though there is a seating area outside the accommodation complex and the complex was empty, what a pity we were not allowed to sit there and see the view.

My son got bited by bed bugs. He has to squeeze into other room with his other two siblings. No sugar & salt. Drank coffee without knowing there is no sugar available. Very poor sound proof.

Perfect stay for the area. Close to everything. About a 10 minute walk from Kawaguchiko train station, easy to get to. The whole property was amazing, great well stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms - each with its own aircon/ heating as well as a separate wall fan. Also a aircon/ heater in the lounge. What you see in the photos of the property is true to detail. Very clean and great supply of towels etc for the 3 nights we were there. Washing machine was a bonus to be able to wash our clothes & x2 inside clothes lines plus an airer provided. Fabulous space in the kitchen and lounge to spread out. The bonus was waking up to see Mt Fuji on a clear day from the tatami mat room…it was so clear! Great place to relax after a long day of walking

Quite locational very clean.

When you pay 400 AUD a night for a place you expect to be able to make a coffee or cup of tea. Nil supplied in villa.

Getting into the property was easy - door codes were sent via email in advance. Location was good - easy walking distance to the station, however I would recommend a taxi if you have suitcases and trying to get there in the dark! There was washing machine and kitchen which we used for heating breakfast.

Self check-in process was a bit cumbersome - you have to submit all passport information via an email link. Once you checkin there are a lot of housekeeping instructions and you have to record a video of yourself on the property's ipad. Would have liked tea and coffee to be provided.

The apartment are clean and very big space in second floor of dining room. The host have provided complete household appliances and kitchen utensils. Every bedroom have provided the projector, good entertainment.

I very disappointment for the check in service. Before check in, the host have informed the "check-in code" for check in with the tablet, and never inform me the door pin in-advance. So that, I thinking that have a tablet outside of the apartment or any lobby service for check in. When we arrival, we cannot found any "TABLET" surrounding the apartment, so that we unable key in the check-in code and open the door, and also don't know which apartment we stay. In the cold weather around 3-4 degree, we waiting outside to waiting host to reply the apartment room number and door pin. I hope host can be improve in this issue, please provide the door pin and apartment room number to customer in-advance.

This property was spacious and well maintained. It has so many unexpected amenities like hair straightener and projectors in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the bedding arrangement was versatile enough for our family of 5 ( three kids ). There were great instructions on how to use all appliances. And an amazing view of Mt Fuji when it was visible. Great location - walking distance to train & bus station, walking distance to the lake.

Nothing really, it exceeded our expectations.

Very well equipped and big accommodation! Was so great with a kid having the tatami room and space for her to finally have a play inside. So many towels and kitchen equipment to have some delicious home cooked meals. The projectors in the rooms were so great. Loved it.

Some cooking amenities would have been great. Oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee. Or perhaps the suggestion to bring your own. This may just be a common thing to do in Australia. Some comfier pillows too would have been great.
