Room was clean, bed was comfortable, view was fantastic. There are certainly fancier accommodations - but we really enjoyed our stay here. There were plenty of clean towels, the staff were very friendly on check in, it's really close to the train station and easy to find. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with water. The rooms are also quite big by japanese standards.

It's the first place I have ever been where you access the bath/shower from the end, not the side! This isn't a massive issue, but if you have mobility issues, it might be worth considering.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel was absolutely stunning — we had a clear view throughout our stay, and it truly took our breath away. The location is just a short walk from the train station, nestled in a quiet residential area. While dining options nearby are limited, it's only a short walk to the city center where you'll find more choices. The room was spotlessly clean (as expected in Japan) and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

The soundproofing could be better. My parents’ room was near the entrance and they could clearly hear luggage being dragged and doors opening and closing. If you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on the first floor away from the main entrance - the view is equally awesome.

When you arrive, the first thing you can enjoy is the modern architecture, which I really like. It reminds me of Tadao Andō. The hotel room is well equipped, the size is good and it even offers the possibility to cook. You just feel comfortable in it. The most important thing is of course the view of Mount Fuji. From the balcony you can enjoy the view with a few drinks and some food. If you're lucky, you'll wake up and the first thing you see from your bed is Mount Fuji. When driving using Google Maps, be careful as one route goes through very narrow streets, which could be problematic with a larger vehicle. However, there is a much more comfortable route which is preferable. However, you should keep in mind that no food is offered, but that wasn't particularly important to me. Overall, a great experience that justifies the cost.

Definitely the view from the room! Huge glass window with Mt Fuji right in front! Great location too, it’s just 650m walk from Kawaguchiko Station. They even provide free self-service laundry room with both washer and dryer, sweet touch!

Nothing much actually, it’s not brand new but clean overall so we’re okay with it. Bedding and pillow are not the best but we had a good sleep both night so yeah we’re fine with it too. If we must point something then it would be the toilet, there’s no place to hang towel or clothes when you shower, a simple hook or towel bar would be great.

We were staying in this property from 6 to 9 Nov. On the 6 Nov, we were served by a female staff, sorry that I didn’t take note of her name but she is browned colored skin (that’s the only thing I can tell from her) she did an amazing job in explaining what we should take note during our stays, polite with smiling face. She did made us felt welcomed when we were doing checking in. I’m really sorry i couldn’t know her name.

I really loved the overall look of the hotel. Everything was clean, sleek, and bright. You get a great centered view of Mt. Fuji. There are a few small buildings that make the view less clear, but that is to be expected. The patio includes chairs, so you can admire the view. I woke up and watched the sunrise on Mt. Fuji. Absolutely breathtaking. We wanted to see a bit more of the area and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags after check out while we explored. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the station and just a quick taxi ride. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location wise is definitely one of the best to view Mt Fuji at such proximity. Before choosing this place, read online that it could be pricey and all but felt it was worth the price. Staff were very helpful and even offered to ferry us from train station (1hr away) as we were disrupted by Typhoon Shanshan. Another thing to consider would be the steep slope, entering carpark, not recommended for elderly.

short 10-minute walk from the Kawaguchiko train station through a quaint local residential estate. amazing view of Mt Fuji from the room; we were lucky to have the sky clear up during sunrise at 5.30am. small room but it had everything we needed - all sorts of cutlery, shower amenities, slippers, towel rack, etc. hot water was incredible after a long day of travelling. vending machines sold beer, cup noodles, rice, pork curry and snacks.

bicycles are not complimentary for guests and price is a little steep at 1,000jpy a day. the smaller ones (which we rented as we are not tall) are not quite well maintained.

The toilet bowl and bathtub was very comfortable. And the view was super nice to see the Mountain Fuji when you wake up in the morning. Also, non- smoking is great for the room and customers.

Should have a smoking area to avoid some customers that are smoking at the room terrace and disturb the other room guests that are also at their own room terrace. Also the same for the open area that is in front of the car park area.
