The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center, with easy access to restaurants and local attractions. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and the bed very comfortable. I really appreciated the good breakfast selection and the convenience of the secure parking garage.

The only downside was the reception: check-in and service at the front desk were noticeably slower than in other top-brand hotels I stayed at that week. Unfortunately, they also refused to issue an invoice for my stay, saying they don’t provide one if you book through Booking.com — which hasn’t been the case anywhere else. I’m still waiting for it despite following up. Also, my laundry wasn’t ready at the promised time, and when it finally was, it was incomplete — I had to ask multiple times to get the rest delivered. I don’t want to be too harsh, as the staff were polite, but I hope the hotel can improve its front desk efficiency and basic business services to match the otherwise high standard of the stay.

We did not have time to do any meals at the Hotel. I did like the parking ramp that was connected to the Hotel. The Hotel itself was hard to find as there was just one sign that could be seen from just one direction.

The beds were the main question that I have. They were just a box spring and a mattress on the floor. They were really soft and were hard to get out of when we were in a handy cap room. The TV remote had no menu to find the channels unless the TV was turned off and back on. The channels were quite limited. The in-room coffee was of a newer brand not regular offee types.

Great spot to stay for a trip to Fargo; the location is within easy walking distance to downtown where there are several restaurants and shops to explore. Easy to get to and from sites like NDSU or Hjemkomst Center. Plains Museum is a delight and also very close to the hotel. It rained while I was there and they had umbrellas for guests to borrow - very helpful! The airport shuttle is quick, easy, and free, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff I conversed with were all knowledgable about the area and welcoming.

The location is fantastic, There is a city-owned parking garage attached to the hotel and the daily rate is great. The room was fine but we did not have a great view. Hold on, hold on... Sorry, this is Fargo and we did NOT come for the view. My mistake... :) The fridge was cold and quiet. The heating system was efficient and quiet. The bathroom was very nice, with excellent water pressure in the shower, a comfy tub, and plenty of nice towels. The beds were very comfy overall. Good pillows. Good overall sound isolation between rooms and floors.

They have a coffee shop near the lobby but we could have used a *real* breakfast when it comes to choices. It's not a big deal as we were there only for one night, and there are quite a few eating options within walking distance.

location is great- downtown fargo. parking is convenient and attached to the hotel. was a weekend so it was free. got a nice room on a high floor with a great view of the city. the king size bed was really comfy, everything was clean. the water bottles in the room was nice to have too. the staff was quick and really friendly at the front, check in took only a couple minutes and check out took 30 seconds.

The access to the parking ramp, carried a large suitcase up and down a flight of stairs to access the hotel from the ramp, npt very user friendly. Also, ran out of tp and kleenx, but staff delivered when I called, which was excellent.

Excellent location in downtown Fargo, close to museums, galleries, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and were able to find my booking despite me arriving the following day due to a delayed train. Comfy room and spotlessly clean.

The stuff was very friendly, helpful, responsive and fulfilled all my needs/requirements. The location is perfect, especially at the market or fairy events, organized just infront the hotel.

The room was good size. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. Staff were accommodating with requests. Location downtown was perfect for our needs. And the free parking garage was nice.

4 tiny little pillows for our king size bed, had to request more. The bed wasn't that comfortable either. Couldn't seem to control the heat much, room got too warm. No housekeeping unless you are there 3 days or more which left us having to ask for more toilet paper or other things we needed. The restaurant was so so for breakfast. Literally empty and yet service was slow, but friendly.

The service was great. The location was good. I liked the parking ramp.

No buttons in elevator. Another family shared a breakfast coupon. Was wishing we would have received one.
