It was a beautiful hotel, our Deluxe room was stunning, views amazing , quiet, clean, everything we asked for. Maintenance and cleaning staff so friendly, always a friendly hello in passing. Loved the Sauna & Jacuzzi, steps were not an issue for us. Great restaurants, bar & supermarket at bottom of steps and 10 mins walk to beach.Lovely pool and always beds available, we loved it 🥰..there is nothing to not love about this hotel except ...

Unfortunately for us the Reception staff were just not nice people ..except of course for Jose who greeted us on our first night, he was so polite and welcoming. It's such a shame and let down for a 4**** hotel to offer this bad service ...we found they just weren't interested or helpful...we found them very dismissive and uninterested which was such a shame ..rather than going above and beyond for a 4**** hotel they " fought back " every discussion and query with a "no" usually ...however I would return as the good outweighed the bad.

We had such a great time at Marina Bayview! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see the port and the ocean, and it’s the perfect spot to relax any time of day. The heated pool is beautiful and super relaxing, and there’s also a jacuzzi that’s great for unwinding. We really enjoyed the whole vibe of the place — peaceful, clean, and stylish. Breakfast was also a big highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, totally worth it! We’d definitely come back for the views, the comfort, and the relaxing atmosphere.

We loved our stay. All of the staff were super friendly. The apartments were exceptionally clean and fit for purpose for our self catering holiday. Food at the hotel was lovely and it was great that we could use the facilities at Marina Suites too. It was a peaceful trip away, with a wonderful look out over Puerto Rico Marina. I am a return customer and have been visiting for over 10+ years. I feel safe and haven't ever had an issue. I will certainly continue to return.

There isnt anything that I didn't like. All my friends feel the same.

Pool and pool area was gorgeous and the bar staff were all lovely. didnt have breakfast, but it all looked lovely so maybe have that option next year. location all good for where we like to go. Steps kept me fit. :-)

Room is a little "tired" cracked sink and just needs updating, smaller than the main hotel down the road but the view good. Jose on reception on arrival was lovely, but the rest after that not so good. didnt get names but one chap was chatting to his friend and didnt even acknowledge me and I wanted info about how to re-book for next year so I didnt like that. But on the whole the stay was good.

Loved the nautical design of the hotel. Everything including the decor was spotless, modern and minimalistic. The reception, bar staff and cleaners were super nice and helpful at all times! The most relaxing holiday I’ve had with beautiful views of the Marina and Puerto Rico. The location is perfect and close to bars, shops and restaurants with a 10 minute walk into the main centre Puerto Rico. The pool area is spotless and so relaxing, with the addition of the Jacuzzi, Gym and Sauna, which was so nice to have. The pool is heated and so refreshing and having a sun bed on your balcony is a great addition too! This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a sun holiday and will definitely stay here again and recommend to others coming to Puerto Rico!

The pool area got very busy in the morning and despite there being a sign that said no reserving sun beds, almost half of the sun beds were reserved each morning. Despite this, we still had a sun bed on our balcony and were able to use this if we didn’t get a bed. We also decided to leave the hotel for the afternoon to do some sightseeing and come back to the pool in the late afternoon and there were always sun beds free then! There are a lot of steps up to the hotel but nothing too vigorous and you get used to them during your stay. There are also worth the view at the top!

This hotel was spotlessly clean even all the communal areas and toilets. Breakfast was slightly reparative but nothing wrong with it at all. Staff all very friendly. Pool area and view across the marina excellent. We travelled as a couple and really enjoyed the peace of this location nestled on the side of the cliffs higher up but beware there are a lot of steps to get down into the town. Wouldn’t be use for anyone with mobility issues but I managed fine 7 months pregnant. Not too strenuous. We also loved that you got access to the sister hotel across the road too. Nice to mix things up. It has an amazing infinity pool, adults only area as well and a great jetty with seating for sunset.

There is a road that runs across the front of the hotel which you can hear traffic from at the pool area but honestly this would be looking to pick fault. Really nice stay. You can always pop your music on if the sound of traffic bothers you.

The distance from the centre it says it’s 250 meters, but the reality is it’s 25 to 30 minutes walk down , it’s a taxi job up and down , also there was no door locks in any of the bathrooms so the door kept swinging open , the 2 smart tvs in the apartment u could not access the Internet or not even play YouTube or even cast off your phone onto the tv , this was blocked by the hotel as we enquired at the reception about it ,

Really beautiful building and views. Always clean and relaxing. The staff are really friendly. The apartment style room I had was incredible and had everything we could need.

Only tiny downside is that breakfast is 8-11, which was a rush to eat when we had early trips. However, they do offer a take away option which you can order the day before. However, I never used it. They also don’t offer dinner and the bar closes at 6pm. Fortunately I’m not a drinker so wasn’t an issue for me. There are LOADS of bars, restaurants and pubs in walking distance so I advise you to get out of the hotel and see the area!!

The room was amazing. The view over the sea and the marina.

I hadn’t realised it didn’t have a restaurant for evening meals. As a solo traveller it’s sometimes a struggle to motivate myself to go and find somewhere for dinner. This hotel was more of an apart-hotel and had self catering facilities. So it was fine, but I’d have preferred a restaurant to dine in, and take in the sea views. The breakfasts are really good. And the BBQ on a Friday is essential. But the lack of evening options for the rest of the week came as a surprise. It does get busy too around the sun bed / pool area. Thankfully the amazing balcony I had solved any issue.

Loved almost everything about the Bayview Marina Suites. The place is spotlessly clean, the apartments have everything you’d need for a short stay including Iron & board, hairdryer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, bathrobe, slippers… The welcome at reception was lovely and they couldn’t be more helpful. We were able to check into our room early. The sun loungers were very comfortable and available so no getting up early to put towels down which was a lovely experience. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choice and laid out well. Service was excellent and staff were all extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. Petra and Annabelle made a special effort to chat to us which was lovely. The service was outstanding. We tried the paella which wasn’t to our liking but other than that the food was all excellent. We attended the BBQ night and the selection was great and flavours were delicious. The chefs were friends and constantly making sure the food was plentiful and clearing up any spills by customers. We will definitely be back.

The only thing we would prefer is a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. The beds were comfortable but a preference for us is a double.
