We loved everything! We ate at MACAU KITCHEN, Sugar Factory, PIE FIVE PIZZA, Half Shell Oyster House, and Hard Rock Cafe. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic. Our servers at Hard Rock Cafe, Katt and Krystal were such a joy and so pleasant, and our pool side server, Hayleigh, was the absolute best! And, our server, Josh, at Half Shell was fantastic. Everyone we came in contact with there was great and the hotel was wonderful.

There was nothing we didn't really enjoy! The only thing with the rooms is that there is no privacy with the glass doors between the shower and the glass door separating the toilet area, and since there's glass doors separating the toilet area, if someone needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night, turning the light on to do so wakes everyone in the room. Other than that, the rooms were wonderful.

The room is spacious and very clean. Customer service were very prompt and responsive. The parking is convenient and close to the hotel. Location is also close to everything!

The tub is extremely high and hard to get in and out of even for us healthy adults. Its slippery and the shower curtains on both rooms we occupied had a foul urine smell. We were also told that pool is open til 10pm by front desk staff but got reprimanded (quite harshly) in front of our kids when we went to the pool area at 9pm. We were then told that it closes at 8pm. If we would have known, we would have not went after that time. No biggie though, the overall experience was still good and we all enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was nice Ruth Chris, sugar factory, Ben & Jerry’s and Dunkin is located inside so that was nice. The kids loved the room and didn’t want to go. They do allow smoking in there so be mindful when picking your room. I do wish they had separate parking for guest and people who is actually staying there you can walk a get distance from the parking garage to your room. The hotel only charged $100 damage fee so idk about the $200 fee. Booking did advertise my room for one price and charges my card an additional $200 I thought that the damage fee but apparently it wasn’t so pay attention the transaction. Room service wasn’t worth $50 but it was a nice stay

I liked the convenience of everything and the parking was free. I also like the fact that you didn't get disturbed by the casino noises or restaurants. I liked that parking was free and conveniently connected to the facility. I also liked the convenience of restaurants within walking distance of the facility as well as located in the facility.

The bath rooms need updating. The bath tub on the royal side were so outdated and we're falsely imaged. The bath tub was so high that I fell getting in. The bedrooms were nice but also falsely advertised as they did not have a sofa as mentioned, I also didn't like that I was not told my room was a connector room and someone knocked on my door during the night from the connector room which was scary.

I was first surprised by the smoking room and the smell of cigarettes, I must have booked it without paying attention. But I got used to it. (There are other rooms that are smoke free.) Mostly I found this place fabulous, with a certain cachet and a real soul, a far cry from the chain hotels that are the same everywhere. My room had a magnificent view of the ocean, what a pleasure to see the sunset this way! Above all, the glasses are glass (not plastic like everywhere else)! And that's nice. A bath of rock and joie de vivre when you're not particularly expecting it, that's great! I really liked this place.

There's nothing I didn't like about it: I just got caught up in the cool rock vibe.

The room was very comfortable and the benefit of two separate sinks was a huge plus for two married guys on a golf trip. Shower was really nice but took a while to get pressure to the 3 shower heads. Would have liked a little guidance to shut one off.

Could have used an extra blanket although I never asked for one. A little more drawer space would have been appreciated. Staying for a week of golf meant multiple changes of clothes. Only had a couple drawers between beds and a couple more inside closet.

Beds very comfortable. Room spotlessly clean. Amazing view over pool and ocean. Room generally well appointed, pleasant atmosphere, very welcoming and temperature maintained at very pleasant level.

Could have done with a fridge. Window a little smeared. Room looking a bit tired, seal around shower doors very untidy, Toilet tissue holder looking very oxidised and old, a couple of painting/decor issues, especially in bathroom area. Damp patch in one corner of ceiling. Alarm clock/radio not working and power socket between beds came away when I tried to remove a plug.

Check in went smoothly, the ladies at the front desk were awesome. The location of our room was amazing . We had a sea view, though we were expecting a storm. It was still great. We watched dolphins play next door. And at night it’s extremely beautiful with the city lights. The room was very clean, may want to bring a blanket, ( thin covers) and maybe a table top fan. ( according to my husband there isn’t enough air flow in room.) bathroom was great with a huge walk in shower! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe on the property, the food was delicious! Drinks with alcohol in them are a little expensive that’s why we opted to wait till we went to the casino. The waitress was very nice, and attentive. The casino at the Hard Rock was our favorite out of the three we visited. Not telling the other two. We did pretty good on the slots. And the waitress was awesome. We really liked that just about the whole property was smoking. Which was great, so of course we stayed there for most of our trip.

The homeless gentlemen outside the door that were asking for money. When they got ran off one of them just sat in front of the parking garage asking. There needs to be more handicapped parking.

Absolutely love the pool and the pool bar that you could actually sit in the water. Loved all the rock memorabilia. Hard Rock Cafe was absolutely incredible. It was Justin all around great experience. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was by far the best country fried steak and eggs I've ever had in my entire life.

I didn't like the fact that there was no USB ports in the room so we had a hard time keeping our phones charged because we didn't bring any phone charging blocks. And there was no microwave. We ordered room service and the portions were so big that we had to refrigerate some of them and had no way of reheating them. Other than that, everything was great.

The bed was very comfortable, The shower was very slippery. My husband almost killed himself.lol only thing bad is that the coffee machine was broken so I had to bring me a brand new coffee machine. Everything else was good. I was there for my birthday weekend. Oh room service was wonderful. I ordered pizza late night at the leaving the casino and it was good.

I didn’t like that the showerhead was so small and it looked kind of dirty. The tub was slippery. Someone can really hurt themselves . My coffee machine was broken, but they did bring me another one
