I really liked the small studio. Cosy and clean. Made you feel like you are at home. I like the idea that they are providing you room temperature or cold water in the hallway at all the time, and also they had this rule which you needed to be quiet to respect the others staying in the accommodation which is fair for everyone. Also, the virtual keys to can open the doors makes you not to worry about having the keys with you or where to put them when you re wondering around to the attractions.

The location was a bit far from Milano Centrale and as well far from Milano Di Duomo.

Good location, great value for money.

Complicated uncomfortable system of the door openings. Especially the gate to the house from the street takes an age or two to open.

Everything is with self check-in with an app called Vikey. So as I understood if u don't have ur phone or internet you cannot access. In my case, not an issue, but it is a good remark. If you have people next to ur room and they are doing a lot of noise or they use shower, you can hear everything since the walls are not real walls. The rest everything perfect, good AC, good room, good bed, spacious room, good shower, good location ! I will come back if I need to go to Milano again

Quite room. Easy to find. The directions was okay.. Walking distance from the main town it was far for me. Good thing there were buses and trains. You should have a charge mobile all the time because the keys was online. So you would must also have data on your phone . Wifi some times gave me a hard time. One towel in the room. And don't be afraid if you found only on pouch of shampoo in your room . The ladies that watch the cleanliness of the room will add some the next day. Very friendly. The shower water was warm enough. We liked the location, 25 minutes walk to the Milan Cathedral. The room was clean, shampoo, soap and towels were changed every day. In the common corridor there is a cooler with water, very convenient.The area itself is calm and quiet. I recommend it for accommodation.

Of the minuses, only that the room was smaller than in the photo, but this is not critical. The water pressure in the shower was low. The walls are thin, and sometimes you can hear the neighbors, but we quickly fell asleep.

the structure was accessible through public trasportation bus and trams. its was very simple to access to the facility with the self check-in. the room had everyday cleaning. the staff wasn't present even it had a reception we did't get to see them, I think they handle things remotely.

I know it's in the description, but it would be much appreciated to have an elevator

The location was good, with the markets literally at the front door ( if you are there on Market day as we where) The room was clean and comfortable and ours was at the end of the corridor so it was quiet with a window that opened out

We saw no staff for the entire time that we were there, but we fortunately did not need to as everything was as it was meant to be and we had no issues with anything. This was the first time we had used this method of entry , for the building, the guest house and our room, but once you got used to it , it all worked fine

The entry to the building was fully digital, which we liked and found very practical. Our room was spacious and very clean! Everyday we received new towels and the bins was emptied! The communication with host was fast and very easy. We asked for some directions how to get to the airport, because of our early flight and they were super friendly and helpful to provide us with details to get there on time!

Because it is like an apartment you can hear when people are in the corridor, but people were quiet so it was not a problem. Also hairdryer didn't seem to work, but we managed without it, so I didn't feel the need to contact host to resolve it.

Really convenient check in process, simple to use and no need to worry about losing a key. Contact free. The room was clean and had everything I could have needed, including a fridge. Air con worked well too.

super clean. The check in system is unusual but don't panic you get a text with a link that has all the codes to the outer building door, apartment door and room door. so don't panic press each one on your phone and in you go! very efficient. 30 minute walk to Vittoria Emmanual 2 park.
