Our stay at Princess Hotel in Lassi, Kefalonia was absolutely perfect—an unforgettable romantic escape. The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and ideally located just a short walk from both the beach and the center of Lassi. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the sea and sunsets we’ll never forget. The pool area is serene and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers and a relaxed atmosphere. We especially loved the poolside bar—delicious cocktails and light bites served with a smile. Breakfast each morning was fresh and plentiful, with a variety of local and international options to enjoy on the terrace. It truly set the tone for relaxing days ahead. What made our trip extra special was the quiet, romantic ambiance of the hotel—it was the perfect place to unwind together after exploring the beauty of Kefalonia. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Princess Hotel to any couples seeking a peaceful, romantic getaway in one of Greece’s most stunning islands.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to beautiful Makris Gialos Beach and not far from the city and close to small shops too The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was bright, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with a nice view, waking up to that every morning was a dream! The pool area is a real highlight, clean, serene, and surrounded by palm trees, with plenty of loungers and a relaxing vibe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always went the extra mile. From helpful tips about exploring Kefalonia to ensuring we had everything we needed, their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with local touches that gave a real taste of Greece. We left feeling completely recharged and already planning our return! The location for me was a 10+! It was across the road from a beautiful beach!! The water was crystal clear, their was an elegant beach bar and water sports. We enjoyed the jet ski! Also, the main square is close by and a great, lively place for the evening with nice restaurants, cafes and shopping. The food by the pool was very good and value for money. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The rooms were basic but elegant. It was quiet. The staff was very warm and helpful! Highly recommended especially if its your first trip to Kefalonia.

The location is perfect for everything. Directly opposite Makris Gialos beach and in the main road into Argostoli, there is a bus stop right outside. The property itself is humble but beautifully decorated with well thought out rooms. I particularly liked that all appliances (kettle, hairdryer and fridge) worked really well as this is often not the case.

The wifi wasn’t great but I have travelled enough to know not to rely on such things.

We had an upgraded room and it was well nice, pool is great and makris beach plus like 5 others close buy with unique food places, plus only 10 mins from beach 👍🏼

Aircon didn’t work but looked newly fitted but the was a fan and that was good enough thankfully.

Everything was fine. The cleaning ladies cleaned every day, the breakfast was fine. The staff was really friendly!

The air conditioning in room number 10 is located above the bed and cannot be switched on when lying on the bed. The nights were hot and we didn't sleep well. The AC did not has an option for sleep mode. The receptionist came one night and tried to turn the sleep mode on, but it still did not work.

My friend and I stayed at the Princess hotel for 6 days. The hotel has the most perfect location, it is literally across the road from a beautiful public swimming beach. We also did some tours and the stop to get the bus for the tours is a few mins walk (5/6 mins) from the hotel. It is in walking distance to many restaurants, gift stores and superrettes. And the taxi rank is also opp the hotel. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The initial room we got was not the greatest (but I did see that the hotel were in the process of doing upgrades) We asked for another room which was much more comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts are nothing fancy, but more than enough of a selection. Our favourite were the bowls of little home made biscuits that were available every morning. I loved my stay at the Princess hotel and would go back in a heartbeat. I wouldn't bother looking at any other hotel as that one was perfect. Lassi and Kefalonia are a little jewel.

After they moved us to a different room, I must say, I can't really complain about anything.

I was a bit scared as it looked like the rooms had been broken into previously as door frames looked a little bent but I used the safe and everything was there so overall wasn’t a worry and I left with all my valuables

We were impressed by this lovely family run hotel. We found the staff to be really friendly and professional. Rooms a little small, but incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaned on a daily basis, and several changes of bedding and towels during our week's stay. Dining area very pretty. Good varied choices for breakfast, including home made breads, cookies jams. Always a hot choice such as bacon, beans, 3 types of egg, pancakes etc as well as cereal, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese. Good coffee. Really lovely pool area which has just been refurbished, along with new sunbeds. Fantastic location just across the road from one of the best beaches in Kephalonia

Lots of steps, so I wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues

The location was great across from Costa beach and bar , also 2 other great beaches within walking distance. Next to bus stop and pick up point for tours also! Room was average, pool was great and had good facilities. Breakfast had variety and was fine.

Had to change rooms since shower wasn’t working right. Otherwise it was good.
