Comfy beds

You need to keep the outside doors locked so those without a key can’t get in. There was a sketchy guy who kept bothering us the night we came in who was only in the hotel to charge his phone and wasn’t a guest there.

The breakfast was delicious, but was the exact same thing every day or our 5 night stay. I've never been to a hotel that served the same breakfast every single day. Deborah, the woman who checked me in, was absolutely wonderful!! She was friendly, talkative, very helpful, etc!!

The same exact breakfast, every single day was a bit boring, but like I said above, it was delicious!!

Clean room, friendly staff, even got extra coffee pods as I requested.

They're doing construction which I understand needs to be done to upgrade the facility. Only problem with room number 116 is that there was no electrical outlets close to the bed. I had to plug in my phone and leave it on the floor to charge I think they need to run a power strip or something over to the end table. I've stayed multiple times in other rooms and there's always been an outlet close to the bed

Check In staff was exceptional...went out of "her" way to accommodate and recommended nearby restaurant/bar venues.

Not necessarily in their control but early a.m. crowd was a bit rowdy when returning to their room. Door seemed to not fit the jam allowing excess light completely around adding to the noise too. Breakfast was spartan however Sandy's across the street was a Gold Mine:)

The property was comfortable and had continental breakfast. I also appreciated the location near the airport

In the first room I was put in, the heater didn’t work. I was quickly moved to a different room so it wasn’t a problem. The staff is very accommodating. I’ll definitely return because it was close enough to the airport for convenience.

The location of this place is only about 10 minutes from the springs and you cannot beat the price! The bed here was super comfy and clean and the air condition/heater was extremely efficient. They even had a complimentary breakfast which i did not expect since this was a last minute stay to get out of a snow storm. The staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had 0 problems and would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the staff, specially the woman from the front desk. She is such a wonderful person and made me feel at home. They are the most pet friendly place I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

There were some stains on the comforter and sheets, but other than that, everything else was clean.

The staff are great, super friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and large.

The location is near the airport but a little far from everything else if you want to sightsee. There were a few rough people staying here and definitely a strong cannabis smell a lot but it didn't bother us. We still felt safe. Also the gym that's advertised is closed indefinitely which is frustrating as the pictures show it as open.

Excellent for the price. Clean! Staff was always willing and available to help. (I needed to extend twice, and also needed help carrying stuff.) Breakfast was better than most, with a very nice gentleman keeping everything stocked. Amenities were great considering the price of the room. Rates are affordable, and location was perfect. ***(One correction to review info-- I stayed 5 nights, not 1)

Room key needed to constantly be re-keyed (staff said the machine is old).
