The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee was delicious! The air conditioner was most appreciated! Some of the furniture was antique and the bed was black framed. I just loved the aesthetic of the room. Oh, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. Very beautiful. We didn't use the common room but did take a peek inside. It was quite lovely with all the antique chairs and the piano was a nice touch.

The fixtures in the bathroom. The spout in the tub was very loose as was the hot water handle for the sink. It didn't stop the use of the fixtures but they might want to get those checked.

Lovely living room. Nice linens. Pretty room, but not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Television (only streaming and small). No hairdryer. No chair to sit on (just hard stools). The faucet in the tub loose, needs to be fixed.The confirmation on booking.com stated “meals can be prepared in the well equipped kitchenette”. I think that wording needs to be removed. We only wanted a bowl of cereal for the morning, but that required bowls and spoons, which were not provided.

Location was excellent. A 5 minute walk into Keene City Centre. Parking behind and easy access to the house. Room had microwave, fridge and coffee making facilities Compact, but very clean and comfortable

I left a pair of golf shoes there by accident - no-one rang me afterwards to advise Initial impressions is that the area was a little run down, but actually felt safe

Kitchenette was nice, including barstools. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was modern.

The window air conditioner was a little loud (though it did keep the room plenty cool). There was no toaster.

Location is perfect, room #1 is spacious and lovely. Next I would bring an eye mask as the light from the front comes thru the sides of the shades.

Beautiful and functional decor. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Well-appointed bathroom with plenty of hot water. Nice relaxing common area and patio. Lovely outdoor areas. Quick walk to town for dining and shopping. Door locks/codes worked fine. Great little fridge/microwave/coffee maker center. Window A/C kept room very comfortable. Love the industrial design touches.

Bed is not very comfortable also there is no way to keep out the light the shades were never fitted right. The should of been mounted the the inside of window if you have shutters on the frame

Location was excellent, beds comfortable,amenities nice. House is beautiful and historic not the run of the mill.

Stairs to upstairs room were very steep and narrow.

I did not like the lighting in our room. It was very dim with bear light bulbs showing which did not defuse the light well. Also, our room was right next to the main door, which was being slammed regularly by the cleaning people in the morning. 

Loved the style.. I am local and nice to have the opportunity to stay at a place with local History. Room is the with of the house, great history.

Nothing really just missed drove by driveway once.
