Breakfast is excellent with a variety of food, smilling and very helpful restaurant staff, my big thanks to Mr. Samir and Mr Alvin for the outstanding service The location is very good and easily accessible. Near by having supermarkets open around the clock, many restaurants within walking distance . It will definitely be my choice to stay again the next visit to Baku

The dedicated staff of Midtown hotel has exceeded our expectations. Every request was answered with a smile and honest will to help, we received amazing service and enjoyed their hospitality. The breakfast buffet was excellent with large variety of foods including personal requests for omelet style. The staff at the food hall gave us outstanding service in never felt before at a hotel. The hotel is equipped with high-end gym equipment and I enjoyed my workouts there, it had everything I need and more. Great location especially for those who want to avoid tourists traps. Located near beautiful park with activities for kids and really good restaurants and 2 huge supermarkets close by.

An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I’ve done lots of world travel and this hotel ranks up there with the best. A beautifully big, clean and comfortable room with bathroom facilities to match. Plenty of little extras too. The breakfast on offer was amazingly outstanding with a wide choice of tasty offerings. Even my omelette was cooked to order. The spa room was excellent too. Both WiFi and A/C were excellent. I was even given a complimentary gift to my room from the hotel on my arrival; which was a very special gesture which was truly appreciated. Communication was excellent before and during my stay, with all my requests catered for. This place goes the extra mile in every way. Finally, a special mention to all the staff who were all friendly, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. The only issue is it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the metro, Nizami street and the Boulevard. However, if you need a taxi, use Bolt; both cheap and fast. It’s also a pity I couldn’t take the bed home ❤️.

I stayed at Midtown Baku for five nights and had an excellent experience throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also superb, with easy access by taxi or on foot to all major attractions in Baku. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa and hammam – beautifully maintained and offered at incredibly reasonable prices. It added a real sense of luxury and relaxation to my trip. I would especially like to commend Samir, the restaurant manager, and Alvin, one of the waiters, for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond, especially during my birthday celebration, which they made truly memorable. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended – not only for its facilities and location but above all for the outstanding level of service.

We stayed at Hotel Midtown from May 19th and had an outstanding experience. We had a great experience at this hotel — the entire staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to the team for their thoughtful support during Ramadan. They went above and beyond by arranging suhoor in our room, allowing us to observe our fast comfortably — a gesture we truly appreciated. Although I can't remember all the names, I want to especially mention Nagar, Aysel, Goyeck, and the front desk manager — they were all incredibly kind and accommodating. The stay was spectacular! It all began with a warm welcoming of the staff and the hospitality. The hotel's staff went above and beyond - helped with any question, left a welcoming surprise in the room (fruits, sweets and wine), celebrated my birthday in the hotel's restaurant and was nice throughout all the stay. The hotel's facilities were clean and well maintained. My room was enormous and very clean. To sum up, everything was excellent, definitely will come back!
