The accessible rooms were set up well for people with disabilities. The Continental Breakfast was delicious. The downtown location is my favorite because of the Historic buildings and its history.

The price may have been a little cheaper; especially for those with disabilities. It is more than likely such people are on a fixed income.

The Hotel Room was exceptionally clean and really modern and up to date. We really enjoyed our stay with my husband and kids.

Had a bit of trouble regulating the heat. Not sure if at first it wasn't working properly or I couldn't figure out how to use it but for the first 2 hours it was blowing cold air

Our go-to destination when we travel to Buffalo. Have been staying here since I first came out to interview for PA at D'Youville in 2003. Even nicer since they renovated the building.

Looked forward to having a drink when we got back from the Sabre game. Got back at 1030pm and found the bar dark and the lights out. Posted closing time was 11pm. Reception staff said the person at the bar hadn't had a customer in over an hour and closed early. I work in medicine and I have to stay until closing time whether I don't see a patient all day and one walks in at the last minute! Same should apply here!

Very CLEAN rooms!!! (And I’m extremely picky about that) The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thanks to everyone at the Marriott for helping to make our family vacation so memorable.

This place has been my "go to" stop since coming to Buffalo in 2003 when it was still a Holiday Inn. Went to college at D'Youville so I know the area well. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Not thrilled with the neighborhood becoming more "sketchy". Not the same place it was 20 years ago. Maybe bump up security?

Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Very positive happy staff. Room was very clean, as was the hotel in general. Landscaping was beautiful and well kept. Very welcoming to us and our dog. Continental breakfast was well varied and fresh.

No complaints at all.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices and the seating area was very comfortable. The indoor pool was nice - clean and well appointed. Lots of fresh towels. The atmosphere in the lobby is cozy with couches and private little sitting areas

Good location at Allentown. Relatively convenient with restaurants and a Walgreens nearby.

The laundry room required quarters and breakfast was a bit underwhelming compared to other Residence Inn locations.

Amazing Staff, location, value for money, very nice & cozy, super quiet. Special thanks to Courtney at the reception and the other lady in the wheel chair who's name I can't recall for their help and kindness

Wish there was more options for breakfast

Have stayed at this location for years even when it was a Holiday Inn. Like the closeness to D'Youville where I graduated in 2006 and now Keybank Center where we return to see hockey games.

I thought the shower floor was slick. Could have used better traction. Minor thing.
