A true 5 star hotel with excellent service, great pool, great spa and massages, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast Buffet was a pleasure. Rooms excellent.

It is no fault of the hotel, but looking out from just one side of the hotel I counted 14 5G towers, one very close. The other side of the hotel was similar. 5G is very controversial regarding safety and being so close to any hi frequency tower is not advisable.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The personal service was excellent and the staff were all wonderful in every area. The room was roomy with a super comfy bed and the pool area was so appreciated. Perfect temperature and so very clean. The breakfast buffet was fit for a king. So many choices and so delicious. We also used the Ox restaurant several times and enjoyed it as well!! Also appreciated the bottled water left in our room. Would encourage anyone to book this fabulous hotel!

Absolutely everything! What an experience and place. Truly remarkable! The breakfast buffet was relly good with lots of variety. The gym was absolutely amazing - the pictures doesn’t quite justify. New equipments and spacious with air conditioning. We loved how attentive Andy from the front desk was. He was so helpful and kind! And so was the rest of the crew of Borei Angkor.

They closed the breakfast at 10 sharp. They even turned off the music and lights when the time was 1020 one day well knowing that we still had our breakfast. It didn’t provide a peaceful and slow morning for me (who can’t wake up too early on vacation). And 10 is way too early to close a breakfast buffet. The minibar in our room had only one of each items which is weird since we are two staying.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and the location was great, with tuk tuks available outside to take you where you wanted to go. We often walked to the centre which took 25 minutes. We felt extremely safe. But if you do want a tuk tuk just agree on the price first. It's usually 3usd to Pub Street which was great for a night out. The pool area was beautiful and there is a lovely bar around the pool. Our room was spacious with beautiful Cambodian style furniture. We arranged our own private tour to see the temples at Angkor Wat, but the hotel does provide all the tours you may want. We would definitely stay here again if going back to Siem Reap. From the moment I checked in until my departure, my experience at this resort was nothing short of spectacular. The service was impeccable, setting a high standard for hospitality that truly made my stay memorable. The restaurants, especially the Ox Club, offered an exceptional dining experience that went beyond my expectations. The quality of the food was outstanding, with each dish showcasing a blend of flavors that was both innovative and delicious. The atmosphere of the resort complemented the dining experience, creating a perfect backdrop for every meal. Beyond the culinary delights, the overall ambiance of the resort captured the essence of Cambodia beautifully, allowing me to immerse myself fully in the local vibe and culture. The rooms, while slightly dated, added to the charm, offering a unique opportunity to experience the country's aesthetic in a genuine and intimate way. Overall, every aspect of my stay was delightful, leaving me with nothing but fond memories and a deep appreciation for the meticulous attention to detail that made everything so enjoyable.

If I had to find a point for improvement, it would be the slightly dated condition of the rooms. While they certainly have their charm and contribute to the authentic Cambodian experience, a minor update could enhance comfort without losing the essence that makes the resort special. However, this is a minor observation in the context of an otherwise flawless stay. The exceptional service, exquisite dining, and the enchanting atmosphere far outweighed this detail, making it almost negligible.

The level of service made this hotel exceptional. We stayed there for 11 nights and it honestly felt like home away from home thanks to all the staff, especially Henry, Sophal and Maki. The cleaning team was excellent too. It was very easy to get to the centre, either by a tuk-tuk or a scooter. It was also a fantastic base for exploring the Angkor Wat complex. We had a scooter and it was really easy to get to all the temples from the hotel. The roads were very good and we felt completely safe riding a bike in Siem Reap. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is set in a lovely tropical garden, and although it is close to the road, we did not hear it at all. The pool area was good and it was never too busy during the day.

The hotel does not seem to have any rules for when the swimming pool can be used. It meant that on a couple of occasions families with children using the pool made our room very noisy as early as 7am and as late as 10.30 pm. Also, the AC units were quite noisy when we were on our balcony.

This is great hotel, offering good value. Staff are just fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

The hotel could do with more sunbeds. Whilst it was never really busy, it just lacked enough for everyone. Rooms have a traditional Cambodian feel and are lovely, though the technology within them, ie, TV, Internet strength, electrical sockets could do with being updated. Also a lack of drawer and shelf space within the room.

This place is fantastic and truly show how dedicated all the teams to provide the best experience of 5 Star 💫 hotel from check in to food quality. I want to thank each one of you for your impeccable kindness. Unfortunately after they cleaned our room the Spa Bathrobe disappeared…it was so nice if the cleaner kept it in our room as we were very happy to use it!

Maybe the internet can be improved as it wasn’t connecting well in the room only in the main entrance was stable!

Nice big room and balcony, huge breakfast selection, big pool, very helpful staff. Large gym though you had to get the AC going for a while before you could use it. Tip: tell your taxi or tuktuk driver you’re going to Borei Angkor. There is another hotel called the PrivilegeFloor.

About 25 minutes to get to Pub Street restaurants and night market, which felt far in the heat (and this was early February). However, there are lots of inexpensive tuktuks around.

The grounds were lovely, our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast delightful. The Culture Night was one of the best I have ever been to. Wonderful first night in Cambodia. What I will always remember is how wonderful the staff was. Phin helped us with so many things. I made a mistake, Phin helped me understand what happened so I could correct it. Priceless. Phophorng was so helpful, she made me smile every day.

I have nothing to complain about.
