The sincerity and dedication of the room cleaning staff...and the hospitality of the concierge (especially Peter) was commendable. I loved everything about the hotel and the room.

The light in the rooms are a bit dim. People with slight vision problems (like me) will find it difficult. I booked the room in this specific hotel thinking the food would have more Halal(islam friendly cusine) which was not the case and that was dissapointing.

The location is great, you can go out in the evening and buzz around the parks around here. Lots of stores and restaurants. Courteous staff who support English, which is not so common here. Clean and luxurious for reasonable money. Breakfast is varied. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, hammam, spa, gyms. Everything you could dream of is available. We had a wonderful week and will return next time only here.

Maybe in a hundred years there will be new amenities that aren't here. This is a top hotel for today.

I stayed there for a week. Super clean and lovely ammenities. The customer service there was the BEST I have ever seen! I stayed in the loft and was there for work but we had a mid-week birthday party with about 15 friends and DJ's and crates of drinks. We had a noise complaint (because there was a baby next door which we didnt know about), so we were totally ready to stop the party, but they called again and instead of telling us to stop the party, they asked us if we wanted to change rooms instead, so they moved us to a room with no one around us, so that we can turn the music up. The staff accommodated this knowing full well we were having a party and did not judge us for partying. They helped us bring crates of drinks up, the DJ decks, and bought us their glassware! We couldn't believe it because any other hotel probably would have told us to stop. Absolutely insane service. This is not to promote partying, please don't do this :) It was just to show how much they care about their customers. The cleaning lady and one of the staff Jack deserves a RAISE! Throughout the week, they gave us complimentary fruit and dessert daily and asked us if we needed anything else. Deliveries are sent to your room so you don't need to go down. The loft is really great for working, it has a really long table. I also stayed in the premier suite which is very big but the table is smaller than the loft, so for working, the loft is great. I have stayed in all the luxury hotels in GZ and this is by far the best for customer service. I was at another hotel before this (the tallest hotel in GZ beginning with R...) and R's customer service was awful and did not treat their customers with respect. Long story short, I came home at 2am from their bar and they ID'd me and didn't believe I was staying in the hotel, I was already there for 4 days and they couldn't remember me and even ID'd me when I had my room key.

Everything was perfect. Other 5* hotels need to learn from them!

Location cant be any better. Many nice restaurants are only 5mins walk away. The front desk, concierge and housekeeping are all very professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well kept.

The only ppl who are not so friendly are the staff at breakfast. For some reasons, they dont seem happy working there. We stayed for a week and we noticed this everyday and the restaurant was never busy. Also, pls do something about the bed and pillow. All of us had problem sleeping for days which is such a pity cox everything else is great about the hotel.

The Jumeirah Hotel was impeccable. But the quality of a hotel is not only about the interiors, amenities, services. I think that the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are very important. My main wonderful memories of staying at the hotel are connected with the help of the concierge Hans. We simply asked him to order a taxi to the airport. He found out that our flight was cancelled. Thus, we could not fly to Shanghai and did not have time for our flight to Madrid. For almost an hour he was in touch with the airport, the airline and rebooked all our tickets. In the end, we accidentally found out that his working hours had long ended, but until he helped us, he did not leave. We are very grateful to him! And we have wonderful memories of the Jumeirah Hotel.

I am really happy with my stay here! I came with my mom(60 years old) and she has always been picky with the accommodations. But she loves this hotel!!! The room is incredible beautiful, love the cozy vibe and the fresh flowers which adds a little bit to the atmosphere. The service here is wonderful! Everyone seems happy with their jobs, when I talked to them they smiled and responded nicely. TBH you don’t see this level of service a lot in Guangzhou, comparing with other hotels. Well if you’re looking for any honest feedbacks here I would say this hotel worths your money!

I barely have anything to complain about

Hotel was very nice and clean. View was great and room layout (duplex) was just amazing. We had a homey vibe while being in the hotel. Decoration of the room and floor was also nice while the lobby was more traditoinal. Breakfast proposed a large variety of options (western and Asian) and it was tasty enough for a buffet style. Te location was also good as it is in a district with many luxury hotels and malls.

it was weird to not have anything to hang clothes at lower floor. also while the setup was similar to home, there was nothing to heat food, enough cuttleries. the shower system at upper floor was too complicated to understand and never figured out how it works. While the food was good, I felt in-room dining didn't provide many options and food got quickly cold.

The newest amazing hotel in Guangzhou! Location is fantastic, rooms are so modern and clean, staff are next level helpful and friendly. If you travel for trade fairs at Pazhou, dont waste money staying at the nearby hotels they are old and dated, you can catch the metro from Zhujiang New town and get to the fair in a few stops - its so easy. Great walking at night time near by with best canton tower views

Amazing facilities such as a spa and a swimming pool with sun loungers, and the staff are so friendly! The room was exceptional, with a relaxing waterfall-like shower and a built-in TV on the bathroom mirror, if you’re wondering what that red light is for. Amazing and I would totally recommend it!

The pillows were not bouncy enough and too flat and squishy. Only thing I don't like, otherwise no problems at all?
