The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a cosy sofa corner, and a stylish design. Also, you have access to a fitness area. It’s well-suited for a longer stay, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a bread toaster, water boiler, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, oven, and plenty of glasses, plates, and utensils. Even a vacuum cleaner is provided for convenience. Overall, a great stay with good value for money.

The only downside is that reaching the tram requires taking many stairs, which might be inconvenient for some. Otherwise, recommended!

- No staff is available after 6 pm. - We checked-in at night through self check-in service. As it was a hot summer day, there was no Air-conditioning and there was only one fan in a Private Suite (4 people). Though I wrote an email in the absence of staff, we had to manage the night till we got another fan next morning. - Checkout time was very early i.e. 10 am. - Tried to access the 24 sports room at night, our card key did not allow access. At that time, no staff was available.

We booked a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything we needed to survive a trip with a toddler. Our kid had plenty of room to move around because we had the living room area and a separate bedroom. The design of the apartment is cute and cozy. Although it was not close to the city center that is not an issue because the bus station is close to the building and the bus ride is free. I highly recommend this place, especially for people with kids and who need enough space to move around.

Really a great place to stay, super clean and modern. Parking was super easy. Check-in was completely stress free and automated. Everything was far beyond my expectations and I’d definitely stay there again.

It was a bit difficult to figure out where to put the bin bag and recycling. One sign said outside the building and another said it was inside the garage. Could just have been me been tired but it was a bit confusing. Also, didn’t know where to recycle glass bottles.

Although it may seem far from the center, the hotel is very well connected by public transportation which is frequent, punctual, fast, and best of all - is free! Parking was also fine, the car was safe in the garage while we walked around the city. The kitchen seemed well equipped, but we didn't use it for anything other than making tea and coffee so I can't comment on the quality of the appliances. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay there.

No clothes detergent to wash clothes. Not worth-it for me to buy clothes detergent as only big sized bottles or boxes available at supermarkets. This information should have been made available in the description. You could have provided vending machines that dispense detergent or bleaches.

Appreciated the well designed studio, effective furnitures, easy to access parking and charging station. One car charger did not work and the team was very quick to fix the issue, which I strongly appreciated.

I was a bit surprised by the self checkin and the absence of employees to welcome guests, but the self checkin and instructions were clear. interactions with the crew via the booking app chat were effective and professional

The property is excellent, but the price may be a bit too high compared to other properties and in relation to the (very good) quality you get, as there is no breakfast included, parking is not yet included but has to be paid separately (as the property tells you in advance), and even for a week stay you get only 2 coffee pads and if you want others you need to buy additional ones, which at around 200 EUR/night is a bit silly. Reception (where you have to buy the coffee pads) is also not open in the early morning hours before you have to leave to work.

Beds were extremely comfortable, room was very spacious and very clean, location was good, kitchen supplies were just right, everything seemed new. Convenient to access city with bus and a short walk to the tram.

The price could have been lower. Although we did book the room fairly last minute so the price was quite high and we didn't think that the amount we paid was worth it. However to be fair the normal pricing (when booking in advance) seems much more reasonable. Also, the room was extremely warm: it was inward facing therefore no breeze, and even with the fan on hot days it was too hot.

The apartment I stayed in was very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. It is also located in a very quiet area of ​​the city. The bus stop is only 10 meters away and has connections to any point of interest in the city. I should point out that public transport is free in Luxembourg. Also, right in front of the hotel is a very Italian restaurant good that I recommend.
