The staff were friendly, well informed and helpful - particularly in showing me the short-cut to the tram, which could be shared more clearly; also in lending me scissors for a medical situation.

The only snag was the lack of Sunday buses; I waited a long time before realising that the bus was not coming! It couldbe made clearer in the welcome email (at the start) that most of the day one can check in on the 2nd floor with a live person! It should be made clearer that the tap water is good drinking water (rather than trying to encourage visitors to buy the environmentally-unfriendly plastic bottles of water). Also replacement coffee pods cost only E1:50 for 10 at the supermarket, so the hotel ones are very expensive. I don't think the same coffee and other allowances should be given for people staying one night as for people staying many nights. The cost is not cheaper for the second and subsequent nights!

The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a cosy sofa corner, and a stylish design. Also, you have access to a fitness area. It’s well-suited for a longer stay, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a bread toaster, water boiler, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, oven, and plenty of glasses, plates, and utensils. Even a vacuum cleaner is provided for convenience. Overall, a great stay with good value for money.

The only downside is that reaching the tram requires taking many stairs, which might be inconvenient for some. Otherwise, recommended!

Location - the check in and check out was fast and good. Staff were generally pleasant. All though it costs money, car parking was convenient

I needed minor things to make it great. Bathroom needed soap holder in shower. Iron should be in room and not shared. Water should be provided, at least couple of liters to new arrived guests. To help them until they are able to go buy. Sofa bed was not really comfortable, needed a heavier cover to make it comfortable.

- New, clean and comfortable. Cleanliness was top notch. - Kitchenette was very modern and practical. - Staff was very helpful. - Restaurant right across the road. - Bus stop right next to it.

- No staff is available after 6 pm. - We checked-in at night through self check-in service. As it was a hot summer day, there was no Air-conditioning and there was only one fan in a Private Suite (4 people). Though I wrote an email in the absence of staff, we had to manage the night till we got another fan next morning. - Checkout time was very early i.e. 10 am. - Tried to access the 24 sports room at night, our card key did not allow access. At that time, no staff was available.

We booked a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything we needed to survive a trip with a toddler. Our kid had plenty of room to move around because we had the living room area and a separate bedroom. The design of the apartment is cute and cozy. Although it was not close to the city center that is not an issue because the bus station is close to the building and the bus ride is free. I highly recommend this place, especially for people with kids and who need enough space to move around.

The location was great - 10min bus ride from the centre- , the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and both the laundry and game rooms were fantastic. Accessing the parking garage was simple and hassle-free.

The spare bed, was extremely squeaky and made it hard for the whole family to sleep, and the blackout curtains, which were too small for the windows and didn’t effectively block out the light. Aside from those two issues, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Helpful staff. TV was not working in our studio when we arrived and they moved us to another apartment without any fuss. Very comfortable modern studio apartment. Supermarket few minutes drive away and local restaurants minutes walk away. Would stay there again.

It wasn't a problem when we stayed, but in the previous week's heatwave in Europe, the lack of air conditioning might make the apartment less pleasant.

Really a great place to stay, super clean and modern. Parking was super easy. Check-in was completely stress free and automated. Everything was far beyond my expectations and I’d definitely stay there again.

It was a bit difficult to figure out where to put the bin bag and recycling. One sign said outside the building and another said it was inside the garage. Could just have been me been tired but it was a bit confusing. Also, didn’t know where to recycle glass bottles.

Contemporary, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Paid secure underground parking with free EV charging. Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city. Tram station 5 mins walk uphill and bus station directly outside taking you to centre in 10 mins free of charge. Apartment has everything needed for pleasant stay.

Smart check in can be daunting if your mobile phone is having roaming/connectivity issues.

Although it may seem far from the center, the hotel is very well connected by public transportation which is frequent, punctual, fast, and best of all - is free! Parking was also fine, the car was safe in the garage while we walked around the city. The kitchen seemed well equipped, but we didn't use it for anything other than making tea and coffee so I can't comment on the quality of the appliances. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay there.
