The installation is really good and clean, the bed is really comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast also good and the staff were ok. The pool is too small.

The pool is too small and the receptionist asked us how much time we were going to be in the hotel after we did check out, I found it reckless because we wanted to stay by the pool for a while (short time) because in the morning earlier was closed and we couldn’t enjoy that area. Also, they didn’t have water bottles in the refrigerator.

The hotel is located near the Medical Center and shopping. Safety is a major concern, as is security and cameras. I had the great opportunity to meet the new manager, she is professional, polite, and attentive to detail. This is not my first time in this hotel and I select it because of safety concerns.

Sometimes the bathroom towels are missing, the restaurant can be improved to provide a rapid response but the quality of breakfast is excellent.

Nice hotel with a good location on a quiet side street good desk for doing some work comfortable bed and good shower the staff are also having a good professional attitude Also the breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices to enjoy

as with most of these type hotels you can't open a window for some fresh air have to depend on the AC I don't like that when the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't operational

Great service, and the variety of breakfast is a plus! The bathroom door is very inconvenient as it's shared with the closet. Every time we need to use it, we were afraid it would fall on top of us. Other than that, very good.

The room was very clean with good AC, WiFi, comfortable bed and plenty of space to unpack. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The restaurant had very nice food and the breakfast in the morning has a good selection. The hotel is a very short distance to Viva Mall which has a supermarket, lots of great restaurants and shopping. That was very convenient for our stay. We stayed for 3 weeks and had a very enjoyable stay!

The gym room is sufficient for little workouts. The pool area is great and offers an amazing experience during sunset time. The hotel is really close to the Viva Envigado Mall!

The music in the gym room and on the balcony was a bit too loud and was always playing, sadly there was no option to turn it off or make it quieter. We had a couple of power outtakes in the building during the first 2 days.

Great hotel! Value for money was really good. We especially enjoyed the spa on the rooftop, magic to watch sunset from the whirlpool! Also a comfortable bedroom and bathroom and very kind staff. Definitely a recommendation

The breakfast had not a very efficient setup, and we missed some yoghurt or different kind of breads.

It was very near the locations I was going to visit, plenty of malls around, very nice neighborhood.

There was a school team of around 30 kids which made it loud and very crowded at breakfast, had to wait 30 minutes until it cleared. It was the reason Ingot late to my first appointment. They were remodeling the stairs which made it dangerous to use in case of need.

Have everything inside if you don’t want to leave the premises. Amazing restaurant inside the Hotel.

There was a time were power went down and we were like 3 hours without air conditioning. They have Generator but wasn’t enough to power the air conditioning.
