Hotel has excellent decent sized bedrooms with full amenities. Bedroom furniture was well maintained if not the latest. Large well laid out bathroom, with glass partition between bedroom (that might offend some but fine with me), although to be fair the glass partition also had a auto retractable screen,. Efficient check in and check out, efficient elevators (since I stayed on the 8th floor, that's important) beautiful full height windows overlooking the racecourse and sunrise. Breakfast was exceptional. The R lounge was also very comfortable.

The poolside bar was disappointing given the good weather we wanted to stay there instead, but no bar stools, and no bartender was available. Another factor which might be acceptable in India but we found a little weird was hotel staff following us around asking if we could answer some questions or take photos etc.

A possible improvement could be securing the internet with a password, as we experienced difficulties accessing certain work websites. A more stable and secure connection would enhance the experience for guests who need reliable internet for work or personal use.

The entire staff at the hotel was very polite and friendly. I had requested a room on the higher floor, which was fulfilled. The view from my room was mind-blowing, one of the biggest plus points of my stay. The breakfast options were wide and the staff was courteous enough to check what i wanted to eat. Their bar is also good. The hotel is centrally located close to the MG road and other areas where you would wish to roam around. Shopping areas are also close by. I will surely come and stay again with my family. Would highly recommend this place to fellow travellers whether travelling for personal or professional reasons.

Good location close to a few sights, walking streets, restaurants and shops - note the main way to get around Bangalore is by taxi/Uber. Staff were really attentive, polite and helpful! The rooms are a bit dated but have everything you'd need - the daily room cleaning was very good. Standard buffet style breakfast with a few made to order items like eggs, waffles and dosas - the filter coffee was decent.

At check-in the original booking couldn't be found via booking.com. We had to ask the staff to change the mattress topper as there were some stains, which they were very quick to do and apologetic for.

The view of the racecourse and the horses was unique and memorable. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and bathroom design with the remote controlled blind. The staff were exceptional, including the window cleaner, the security, the front desk and the staff at the restaurant. They all really made us feel welcome and created a joyful experience for our 11 month old as well.

We were probably mistakenly but kindly offered breakfast brought to our rooms at no additional cost. We got our hopes up as we had an 11 month old who had accompanied us and so this would’ve been very convenient on one of the days. Unfortunately, when requesting this on the day, this was unavailable without paying for the extra charge. But, we did understand such an offer would’ve been incredibly generous on top of the exemplary service the staff were already providing.

A wonderful hotel with a high level of service. The room was comfortable, clean, drinking water was provided, and toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was varied and very tasty, the employees brought you whatever you wanted. The employees are always kind, polite and caring, with special attention to the child. Many thanks to Rajal and the staff of the restaurant for providing nice surprises. We also received a nice gift. I am very satisfied, I am sure we will choose this hotel again if necessary.

Its part of the Marriott group so it has expectations. Check in was smooth. Room on 8th floor had excellent view of racecourse - full height windows. large room, comfortable, all amenities included. Bed comfortable. Coffee tea etc all included including bathroom slippers, iron board etc. Bathroom had all amenities as well. Large well laid out with shower and bath both included. Great water pressure, good plumbing, good fixtures. Although property is a bit old it has been well maintained. Glass partition btwn bath and bed allows natural light. Has retractable screen otherwise. Breakfast was an absolute treat with fast attentive service, excellent spread for all palates and choices, and flexible on timings as well. Bartender at lounge R made great cocktails. Snacks during executive hours at R lounge were good

Lighting for shaving could be improved. We were hounded by some staff for getting reviews and interviews which is not something we liked too much. Pool side bar was a let down. No bartender nor any stools around. Increase the non-spicy options in the Snacks at R lounge. Otherwise not too much to complain about. Distance to center of town (MG road) etc is not too far, but still not walkable distance.

I absolutely loved my whole experience with Renaissance Hotel, right from the check in to check out. Loved the Hospitality to the core, special mention to Harshita for talking some time out to show around the property. I was at the property for my Anniversary, and as soon as the staff knew they actually outdid themselves by decorating the room and cutting the cake for us. Room were quite comfortable, view of Race Course and clean bathroom. Food was exceptional too. Would definitely like to come back again.

Room was very good. Service was excellant. I would like to mention here the names of the front desk staff i.e. Sarupa(she tried her best to help us in all respect and we are very happy with her positive attitude.) Apart from her Akash/Arnab/ Prodyot/Ann also did an appreciatable job towards our requirements. Breakfast was excellent. Service in the bf area was superb.

Actually the entrance area of the hotel doesn't match like a 5 star hotel. Black colour wall in the lobby area we didn't like.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and included a variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. Kids can also enjoy breakfast easily. I also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant, which was truly a culinary delight. The food was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and simply delicious. The staff at the Lush restaurant were really nice people. Mr. Jai Prasad the Chef was very kind to us and he is truly great. The rooms are good clean and neat. We truly felt special by the kind staff of housekeeping and all staff were really helpful with Laundry too. Over all our experience was very memorable, will definitely recommended this hotel to everyone. The location is easy to reach to Malls and attractions around the city. We really enjoyed and appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned our room each day. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families, it was an amazing experience.
