Front desk clerk when we checked in had answered my calls to FIND the hotel. Tucked in an industrial area it is very hard to find even with Google map help. Clerk recommended a restaurant for dinner that was excellent. He was very helpful. The room was clean and with space for luggage. Clean bath room appreciated. Free coffee and bananas in the lobby.

HOWEVER, the checkout was a very unpleasant experience. The RUDE WOMAN talked down to me and told me I would NOT understand why she could not provide a receipt for payment since I booked thru Booking.com. In the middle of her protest as to why other hotels I had booked on this trip DID provide receipts....I just said "Forget it" and walked out. It left a bad taste in my mouth after an other wise OKAY stay! Especially the check in guy who was extremely helpful!

Easy to get to, in a great location (near lots of stores and food), hotel was very clean, everything was updated. The value you get for the price is incredible. The air conditioning worked awesome and wasn't loud. I loved that the hotel doesn't have carpet. I think that's how they can keep it so clean while still allowing pets. I'll definitely be staying here again on future trips!

Being that there's no carpet, sound does travel a little better. I wouldn't say it's a loud hotel though, I've stayed in much louder ones (that we're pricier and weren't as nice as this one). I found it still very quiet but you can hear when someone is walking down the hall.

rooms were very clean and practical (european style with hardfloor etc ). bed was actually comfortable . two electric outlets by both side of beds to plug in charges which many hotels do not have (bonus and practical ) .. easy to find motel although it was in industrial area and timmies was only two minutes away ..also bananas and coffee you could grab for free (perfer that over having breakfast at motel anyway )and i liked the fact you could grab stuff like toothpaste /food/earplugs etc from vending machines incase you needed them or you forgot..very handy! and it was all downstairs in one room where there was a microwave and table and chairs to sit down incase you wanted to warm up food ..and cost of room and what you got was excellent! 89 dollars a nite! anywhere else you be paying over 140 a nite ..

we were there for two nites ..although we were gone after 11am the first morning for basketball, our room was not cleaned when we got back late at nite and no new towels were brought up.. not a big deal cause we were only with the two of us but that be the only downside ..mind you, we could have gotten towels downstairs but yeah

It was easy to find. Much of what we needed outside the hotel was close by. The check in lady was bubbly and friendly and the other staff we encountered were pleasant. The vending machines had more than the average selections which was convenient.

The was no carpet or rugs on the floor which made the initial impression of the room bare and cold (the thermometer is adjustable so the actual temperature was fine)

Been here before for a short stay. Hotel covers everything we need . Coffee, bathroom and a bed. The motel is fairly young so the furniture is not dated , and they have hard floors in the rooms instead of carpet which I prefer . Everything is way easier to clean that way. Bed is not high end but sleeps great.

An adjustable shower head would be nice , these are just the basic stock ones that you can’t move up down left right.

Easy to get to, beautifully kept property, the hotel is very clean and new. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Big rooms with lots of space, very comfortable and super clean.

The walls are very thin. You hear the doors opening and closing in the hallway and any noise from upstairs and in the hallway. The beds are decent but you sometimes fell the springs.

I asked for a larger room on the second night and she had one for us in less than five minutes. Was very impressed. Morning coffee was great and there was a great selection of snacks and drinks from the vending machines. We stayed in Motel 6 in the US but this one was a hundred times better. Great place.

Maybe a better view from the windows. Looking at the walls of the next building was a little disappointing. Guests used the grass strip between the buildings for pets and being on the ground floor was a little uncomfortable as they looked into the windows.

Good value for a place with a pool. Although no breakfast, they had food to purchase in vending machines as well as free coffee and bananas.

It is a little out of the way, but with a vehicle it is fine. We didn't have new bedding for a week, but still had garbage removed.

Very convenient and quick. It was right off the highway. Checkin was very efficient which was very helpful as we were already late for our friends birthday party.

There is very little I could complain about. It isn’t a hotel with a great location (it is in an industrial area) but we were happy with the cleanliness and had everything we need for the one night stay.

For the price, I was amazed at the hotel's many amenities. There was a pool, hot tub, complimentary coffee/tea area, microwave, and vending machines with practically anything you could need. Very good value for money.

The pool could use a little maintenance. I still enjoyed it, but you can tell it is old and needs some patchwork. I wish there was an in-room kettle available.
