All of the staff members were extremely nice and accommodating, which was a nice surprise (yes, I’ve had some less than nice experiences at other gay themed establishments)

Everything was super great with the hotel per se! The one thing that was unfortunate, Miami was under flood warning and literally the entire sidewalk leading up to the entrance was flooded, my shoes are now ruined

I've stayed here twice and both times were amazing. The hotel itself is amazing but the true selling point is the staff. From management to front desk, to the bartenders and house keeping, every single individual is full of warmth, patience, and are just overall amazing humans. I had a mixup with my room on my recent trip but the staff immediately went into action on helping rectify the issue and you would think with the attention to detail they give to their guests you were staying at a lavish 5 star resort. The hotel is small but the rooms are really spacious and it's VERY gay friendly not just the clientele but also culture. They literally had a meeting saying "if I was a gay man coming to Miami what would I want" and they checked every single box for all the different types of gay men who would frequent Miami. 100% recommend

The hotel was AMAZING! Staff were INCREDIBLE. The front desk staff Chase, Jay and Matt were just the BEST and most friendly hotel staff we’ve even seen before. My husband and I liked Everything about this cute hotel. All the details in the lobby, the sexy red and black decorated room were out of this world. Every single small thing in this hotel from our room keys to the lobby/bar decoration made us smile! Chase (front desk) gave us many super helpful info about wick beach to go, where to eat and how to get there. We were given even beach chairs, towels and umbrella to take to the beach with us. The room was super clean and a couple times we visited the sauna, it was super clean. We visited Miami for the first time and switched from a 5 star hotel to Gaythering to experience this beautiful boutique hotel. The breakfast is also good. The lady in the kitchen makes delicious small little breakfast sandwiches. Also bartenders are nice and friendly. Everyone in the hotel is super friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was exemplary, and the spa was a great added touch. The staff is very friendly, and the location is quiet. Complementary bicycles are very convenient. I have stayed in the past and will return in the future.

Parking is inconvenient, although it is included with your stay. It's two blocks away to the garage, which is a little tricky to find. Given that Miami charges an average of $50 a night for parking at most hotels in the area, this is hardly an issue.

Very spacious room and pleasant staff including cleaning staff. Book your stay with breakfast; worth it for Miami Beach. Not luxury, but great location for everything - close to transportation, shops, dining and beach.

Nothing. Lived in the area for quite a few years and had stayed at the hotel before, so I knew what to expect...no surprises for me.

Sauna was my best experience so far. It was small but still, i got to enjoy what it has to offer. The staff were always there to help. They were very nice and always eager to help the guest. Room was big. Location was ideal. Bikes are available if you want to explore the area.

The airconditioning malfunctioned in my last night and I was sweating profusely. The staff was kind enough to give me an electric fan.

Great Vibe. Room decor is cool. AC was not working, not because it was bad but they were replacing all the units. The room was still cool with the heavy curtains. Great water pressure. Has refrig and microwave and coffee.

Didn't care for the parking. It is off site about 2 1/2 blocks down. Ok if you don't have much luggage. Or easier if you bring the car out and load luggage.

Good breakfast Room size and comfortable bed Shower: many hotels in South Beach have showers with no water pressure. The shower here is great Location: far from the beach, but nice area. Bikes Staff does a great job to help in any aspect of the stay

The music in the breakfast area is too loud and just not the right mood. Mornings in Miami are so beautiful, more pleasant and relaxing music works better

It's not the first time that my husband and I come to Gaythering. Everything is perfect. Sauna, Bikes, Breakfast and events. The Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Chase is so lovely. Brian too, so regardful. When in Miami Beach this is our place to stay.

Enjoyed very much from the location to the room and of course the sauna! It is a gay hotel and loved the little cute touches! Breakfast was fine and nice to be included. Huge thank you to Chase at the front desk! He was very welcoming and friendly and professional. Thank you so much for the hospitality! My first time to Miami! Can’t wait to return!!!
