Cosy, comfortable hotel in a perfect location! We opted for the suite room and it offered great space and a large bathroom, definitely worth paying a little extra for! Very friendly and welcoming hotel & rooms cleaned everyday :) nice breakfast, pretty basic though

We had to switch room because our shower went cold and couldn’t be fixed which was a bit of an inconvenience! The rooms are a little dark & dingy, not much natural light but still a cosy vibe. The A/C could’ve been better, our room was very hot

Favorite place that I stayed at in Thailand. Location is great, rooms are impeccably clean. You are surrounded by trees/greenery which makes for a great view despite being in the center of the town. Stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was really nice. Shower is separate from the toilet and they provide aromatic body wash/shampoo that feels very luxury. AC and fan in the room and both work well. Set back from the street and very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Common areas are very nice and a great place to sit and relax.

Staff isn’t always at the front desk. You can WhatsApp or call them but it’s slightly inconvenient. Besides that, I really struggle to think of anything negative to say.

Good location, very quiet but close to the night market and main street. After a very minor administration issue, we were given the mini suite instead of the double room and the suite was amazing. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in so far. There was only a/c in the bedroom but that was ok for us as we didn't plan on using the lounge area. Breakfast was included in the price and had some good options for hot food. Cereal, toast and fruit are left out for you to help yourself to.

There was no one on reception when we arrived so we had to call someone to come down, makes the experience a feel bit impersonal.

For the price the room you get is lovely, very spacious and has a balcony with a very good size bathroom with shower separate to toilet! Room had views of the big Buddha in the mountains. The breakfast was very very sufficient for the price!! Cleaners always left water and new towels outside of our room. Great location as you are in a quiet spot but still a stones throw from the main walking street etc

Really big room and bathroom. So much space, location is great, it’s quiet but just down the road from walking street, shops, restaurants, bars etc. breakfast included was really nice. A pipe burst in our bathroom and the staff were really helpful with it, gave us another room whilst it was fixed and it was all sorted the same day. Good value for money.

Wifi wasn’t great at times, staff didn’t speak much English, there was one staff member who was lovely and tried her best though. Some staff could’ve been a bit more attentive.

Everybody was welcoming and polite. Would like to say big thank you to last manager in particular. Breakfast tables were beautifully prepared. I really enjoyed scrambled eggs for - nice and fluffy. We had fresh towels and bottles with water waiting for us when we came back home after a day out. I really liked that shampoo and soap were in glass bottles rather than plastic!

Great location, very nice staff, good value for money, fan and ac, mosquito nets in the windows, fridge and drinking water in the room, good water pressure and temperature

Could be a little cleaner in the bathroom, room inside looks a little like they forgot to finish building it, there’s concrete floor and shelf/table

Came here last minute after the original accommodation we had booked was disappointing. Was absolutely amazed by the room (suite)- felt very homely and chill, location, free breakfast and general vibe. Overall superb value for money for the price!

Everything. The location, a few blocks away from the Walking Street but quiet and calm. Close to 7-11, amazing local restaurants nearby, scooter rentals and laundry service 5 min walking. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice (omelette, coffee and juice, cereals, toast with jam). The room was small but clean. Cleaning service + water bottle everyday.

nice room, great shower and facilities, breakfast included was really nice. good ammonites- mini fridge, safe etc. great location by the walking street. lovely reception area and staff were nice.

did have a double bed booking but ended up with two singles, was a shame. they have a big tv but it doesn’t actually work, keeps changing chanel on its own etc.
