The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. However, we had a hard time getting the room warm and the water hot enough to our comfort. We did not notify staff until check out about our concerns. I spoke with the manager (Chris Perry) and the nice lady at check out. They were very empathetic, apologetic, and noted our concerns. I was very appreciative to both of them.

THE MANGER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME OUT..THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL ..VERY CLEAN ACCOMMONDATIONS ..I FELT VERY SAFE STAYING THERE ALONE..THERE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE THE SHOWER LAST A LONG TIME...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COURTYARD

The lobby, firepit and our suite were perfect for small group gatherings for 50th HS reunion classmates. About 10 of us stayed at the Courtyard!

Wish the Starbucks Cafe had longer hours, but it was staffed by a wonderful woman who made us one more coffee and tea at 10;06 am before she closed for the morning.

Staff at checkin was awesome. There was some confusion with our third party reservation, and she patiently worked through the issue and resolved it to our satisfaction.

The Location was nice. The building Lobby was really cozy. That bed gave me life. It was so comfortable.

The wood furniture is outdated and looks very warn down. The tiles in our bathroom shower baseboard was broken. Not a good look.

I enjoy the size and cleanest. The staff was great and went out of there way to provide good service.

I don’t like paying full price and not getting daily room service. We shouldn’t pay for service you don’t get. COVID is not a valid excuse.

The staff were absolutely amazing and it was in a good area. A good walking distance from the mall and other restaurants.

Great location. It was close to restaurants and close to the highway. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out. The pool was really nice and the hot tub was perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The car park was a little small to accommodate the size of the property. The window to my room opened to the apartment complex next door, so I had to keep the curtains drawn whenever I changed for the day or night.

Went out to eat.No breakfast Buffet. In the Labby.

The pool and hot tub were awesome! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
