The mattress is extraordinary comfy. Staff is polite, I arrived 1 hour late after midnight and they are kind enough to managed all the payment in the morning. Parking is indoor. Perfect for hot sunny days.

The soap bottle was empty, facial tissue box was empty, but they replace with new ones once you told them. A little noisy at night, but not too much. Tram lines are in front of the hotel made driving a little confused.

We were greeted warmly by the girl on the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t take note of her name, but she spoke 3 languages). She was very helpful and was able to suggest a few places to eat if we required this information. We went to one of the suggestions and we had a very enjoyable meal in the old part of the town. She talked us through a proffered map, which was very useful and helpful.

As the hotel advertises that it has parking, I was disappointed that I couldn’t reserve a parking spot ahead of our arrival, however, on reaching the hotel around 5pm there were several spaces so we were lucky.

If you ignore the small nooks and crannies, the hotel room was 3 meters long, 2.4 meters wide and 3 meters high. There was also a separate bathroom with toilet and washbasin measuring 1.75 meters by 1.4 meters, not including a shower measuring 0.90 meters by 0.75 meters. The breakfast selection was extensive and good. The dining room exuded a stately ambience.

The window overlooked the courtyard, but outside it was more the habitat of pigeons. I decided to let the window closed. Their cooing was clearly audible during the day, but pigeons are not known to coo at night. In this respect, it was quiet at night, perhaps also because the neighbouring rooms were not occupied.

Cool vibe, very attentive staff, comfortable beds and bedding and a large bath tub. On site parking is included as well as breakfast, making it a good value option for an upper scale hotel.

Breakfast selection was similar to a continental type breakfast you would find at a lower tier hotel. Average breakfast with the exception of the lox.

Nice old hotel. Cool old room in good condition. Great bed. Had A/C. 9min walk from train station, 5 min walk to town square, 15 min to historic old town. Has tram station in 50m from hotel.

A/C had to be re-activated every ~3-4hrs. Hotel says they have wi-fi and you can see the SSID, but it doesn’t work at all. Other reviewers say it hasn’t worked for a long time.

-very nice accommodation , in the city centre , 1min walk to the tram stop and 10-15min walk to the train station by foot. room has all basic needs you need for a comfortable stay. not so modern building but all still functional. booked the stay with dinner , reservation can be done upon check in which was very easy. included are either appetiser and main dish or main dish and dessert. options were limited but tasty and came in good portions. big applause for the waiter as it was busy and she had to do everything herself and it took longer as usual but she was really helpful and attentive. thumbs up As for the breakfast the second morning , nice options from the usual baguette to even crepes available. Grounded coffee or nespresso coffee provided.

Welcoming and friendly. Room and bathroom both spacious. Comfortable beds, air conditioning with in room control. Nice toiletries. The hotel has a faded grandeur vibe to it which we really liked. Great location, few minutes walk into the centre. Good buffet breakfast.

I have restricted dietary needs, did not eat breakfast there. Elevator was charming and thankful for it in taking luggage to room. Beds comfortable.

Nice room. Lovely evening meal and breakfast.

Large concrete trough right by entrance to garden terrace, that you had to step over. Dining room was very quiet particularly early on, could have done with a bit of background music for atmosphere. Very poor bed side lighting.

Location was great. Tram stop right outside and a short walk to the centre. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

The shower was a little strange, wasn't set up quite right so you had to stand really close to the wall to get water on you.
